Abstract
Description

- 処理されるボデーを支持するように意図された少なくとも1つのスキッド(11、111、211)と、
少なくとも1つの処理液の槽(13、113、213)と、
スキッド移送ライン(14、114、214)と、
該スキッド移送ライン(14、114、214)によって前記槽(13、113、213)の上方に位置付けられ、前記スキッド上の前記ボデーを反転および浸漬させるためのシステム(20、21、23、120、121、123、220、221、223)と、
を備えるボデーの浸漬処理用のプラントであって、
前記スキッド移送ライン(14、114、214)は、前記槽の2つの側縁の外側に沿って配された平行な移動路(40、41;140、141;241、240)を含み、前記スキッドは、その2つの対応する側部に側部取り付けエレメント(18、19;118、119;218、219)を含み、該取り付けエレメントは、前記槽の上方で前記スキッドを支持および移動させるために前記移動路(40、41;140、141;241、240)に載置され、

- 前記槽の各側部には、2つの前記移動路(140a、141a;140b、141b)が互いに平行且つ上下に配されて、前記スキッドを前記槽の上で支持および移動させるための上方の一対の移動路(140a、141a)および下方の一対の移動路(140b、141b)を形成しており、前記移動路は、前記下方の一対の移動路(140b、141b)または前記上方の一対の移動路(140a、141a)が、前記槽(113)の上流側および下流側にある前記移送ライン(114)の入口セクション(114a)および出口セクション(114b)に交互に整列するよう、垂直方向に移動可能である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラント。
- 前記所定の方向が前記移動路の前記垂直移動方向であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のプラント。
- 前記モータユニット(223)は前記移動路と平行な経路に沿って移動可能であり、前記スキッドの前記シャフト(221)との係合時に、前記移動路に沿った前記槽にわたる移動に追従するようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラント。
- 前記モータユニット(223)は有利には横方向の移送システム(260)によって支持され、該移送システムは、前記槽に沿った前記スキッドの移動と平行な方向に且つその移動に同期して、前記モータユニットを変位させることが可能であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のプラント。
- 少なくとも2つの前記モータユニット(223)が、関連する環状の移動経路に沿って間隔を置き、前記槽に並んで配置され、前記移動路に沿って離隔したスキッド連結位置と解放位置との間の一のモータユニット(223)の能動経路の終端で、他のモータユニット(223)が、後続のスキッドの前記シャフト(221)と係合する連結位置に到達することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のプラント。
- 前記連結エレメントが、前記所定の接近方向の相対的摺動を行うためにアイドルローラ(36)に対する面を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラント。
- 前記スキッドは、平面視したときに略H型の形状をもつベースフレームを有し、前記側部取り付けエレメント(18、19;118、119;218、219)が前記H型の両側線をなし、前記回転可能シャフト(21、121、221)が前記H型の横線をなし、前記回転シャフトから前記ボデーのための前記支持体(20、120、220)を形成するV形状のエレメントが突出していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラント。
