・材料クラス1:いかなる副産物も生じない付加重合によって重合及び/又は硬化される誘電体150(例えばアクリル樹脂、不飽和ポリエステル、ポリウレタンアクリレート、エポキシアクリレートなど)、並びに/或いは
・材料クラス2:溶媒に分散した重合材料を有する誘電体150(例えばガンマブチロラクトン中のポリイミド)。機能的誘電体150は既に重合しているので、これはポストサーマルベーキング(溶媒を蒸発させるため)中に揮発性副産物を生じないか、又は著しく少ない揮発性副産物を生じる。
Claims (10)
- 基板層と、
前記基板層上に配置される第1電極層と、
第2電極層と、
前記第1電極層と前記第2電極層の中間に配置される、可視光を発するための活性層と、
前記第1電極層と前記第2電極層の間に電気分離をもたらすように構成される誘電体層であって、前記第1電極層上のパターンとして堆積され、前記第1電極層と前記第2電極層の少なくとも一方の少なくとも一つのエッジをカバーし、当該誘電体層の少なくとも一つの側面が前記第2電極層によってカバーされる、誘電体層と
を有する、有機発光ダイオードであって、
前記誘電体層が、アクリル樹脂、アクリルベース樹脂、メチルメタクリレート、不飽和ポリエステル、ポリウレタンアクリレート、エポキシアクリレート、ポリイミド、及びエポキシイミドから成る群から選ばれる誘電体を有する、
有機発光ダイオード。 - 前記誘電体が無溶媒である、及び/又は前記誘電体が疎水性である、請求項1に記載の有機発光ダイオード。
- 前記誘電体が可視光に少なくとも部分的に透明である、請求項1に記載の有機発光ダイオード。
- 前記誘電体層が直接印刷法によって堆積される、請求項1に記載の有機発光ダイオード。
- 前記第1電極層がアノード層であり、前記第2電極層がカソード層である、請求項1に記載の有機発光ダイオード。
- 前記アノード層がインジウムスズ酸化物層を有する、及び/又は前記カソード層がアルミニウム層を有する、請求項5に記載の有機発光ダイオード。
- 前記第1電極層がパターン化透明電極層である、請求項1に記載の有機発光ダイオード。
- 前記第2電極層が、前記活性層から発せられる可視光を、前記基板層を通過させるように構成される透明電極層及び/又は光反射層を有する、請求項1に記載の有機発光ダイオード。
- 前記誘電体が、高結合解離エネルギーを持つ材料、UV感受性光重合開始剤を伴う材料、及びUV硬化性アクリルインクから成る群から選択される、請求項1に記載の有機発光ダイオード。
- 請求項1に記載の有機発光ダイオードを製造するための製造方法であって、
基板層を設けるステップと、
前記基板層上に第1電極層を配置するステップと、
誘電体層を設けるステップと、
活性層を設けるステップと、
第2電極層を設けるステップと
を有し、
前記活性層が前記第1電極層と前記第2電極層の中間に配置され、
前記誘電体層が前記第1電極層と前記第2電極層の間に電気分離をもたらし、前記誘電体層は前記第1電極層上にパターンとして堆積され、前記第1電極層と前記第2電極層の少なくとも一方の少なくとも一つのエッジをカバーし、前記誘電体層の少なくとも一つの側面は前記第2電極層によってカバーされ、
前記誘電体層が、アクリル樹脂、アクリルベース樹脂、メチルメタクリレート、不飽和ポリエステル、ポリウレタンアクリレート、エポキシアクリレート、ポリイミド、及びエポキシイミドから成る群から選ばれる誘電体を有する、
