Claims (15)
- 3次元の浮き彫り構造(32)を備えた壁を有する、自動車用レーダーセンサのためのカバーにおいて、前記浮き彫り構造(32)を備えた前記壁が、深絞りしたガラスから成っていることを特徴とするカバー。
- 前記浮き彫り構造(32)の複数のエッジが、少なくとも前記レーダーセンサに関して外側へ向いている側において、面取りされている、請求項1に記載のレーダーセンサ。
- 前記浮き彫り構造(32)が、少なくとも1つの側において、印刷されている、請求項1または2に記載のカバー。
- 前記浮き彫り構造(32)が、少なくとも1つの側において、金属化されている、上記請求項のいずれか一つに記載のカバー。
- 前記深絞りしたガラスから成っている前記壁が、印刷した側に、印刷を覆う連続した金属化層(40)を有している、請求項3および4に記載のカバー。
- 前記深絞りしたガラスから成っている前記壁の少なくとも1つの側に、プラスチック層(60)が被着されている、上記請求項のいずれか一つに記載のカバー。
- 前記プラスチック層(60)が、前記深絞りしたガラスから成っている前記壁の前記エッジのためのマウントを形成している、請求項6に記載のカバー。
- 前記プラスチック層(60)が、前記カバーを車体部分に固定するための少なくとも1つの保持部(62)を形成している、請求項6または7に記載のカバー。
- 前記深絞りしたガラスから成っている前記壁の1つの側に、好ましくは印刷をしておらず且つ金属化されていない側に、透明な充填層(68)が被着されている、上記請求項のいずれか一つに記載のカバー。
- 前記充填層(68)が、かき傷に強い塗装部を有する連続的な平坦な表面を形成している、請求項9に記載のカバー。
- 上記請求項のいずれか一つに記載のカバー(66)が設けられていることを特徴とする自動車用レーダーセンサ。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか一つに記載のカバー(66)を製造するための方法において、可撓性のガラスから成るブランク(28)を成形して浮き彫り構造(32)を形成させること、このブランク(28)が前記カバー(66)の担持基体を形成していることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記浮き彫り構造(32)を、少なくとも1つの側で印刷および/または金属化させる、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記ブランク(28)の1つの側に、好ましくは印刷および/または金属化した側に、射出・エンボス方法でプラスチック層(60)を被着させる、請求項12または13に記載の方法。
- 前記ブランク(28)の1つの側に、好ましくは印刷をしておらず且つ金属化されていない側に、反応射出成形法で架橋によって硬化する透明なグラウチング材から成る充填層(68)を被着させる、請求項12から14までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
