Claims (14)
- 表面レリーフ(40)を有する加飾プラスティック製品(50)の製造用の多層体(100)であって、第一のキャリアフィルム(2)及び前記第一のキャリアフィルム(2)の一方の面に配置される構造層(3)を備えるレリーフフィルム(1)と、第二のキャリアフィルム(10、17)及び少なくとも一つの加飾層(12、14)を備える多層フィルム(5)とを含み、前記構造層(3)が、前記第一のキャリアフィルム(2)と前記第二のキャリアフィルム(10、17)との間に配置され、前記構造層(3)が前記構造層(3)の構造より柔らかい接着層(4)により完全にカバーされ、前記多層体(100)が、前記レリーフフィルム(1)を含むとともに、少なくとも一つの前記加飾層(12、14)から剥離可能なフィルム体(19)を有し、少なくとも一つの前記加飾層(12、14)が、転写構造として形成される前記構造層(3)により変形可能である、多層体。
- 前記多層体(100)が、剥離層(11)を有し、これを用いて前記フィルム体(19)が少なくとも一つの前記加飾層(12、14)から剥離可能であり、前記フィルム体(19)の表面が、前記剥離層(11)を形成すること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層体(100)。 - 前記構造層(3)が、完全に硬化される放射線硬化性ラッカーを含むこと、または、少なくとも一つの前記加飾層(12、14)が、完全に硬化されない放射線硬化性ラッカーを含むこと、
を特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の多層体(100)。 - 前記構造層(3)が、5から250μmの範囲の厚みを有すること、及び/または、前記構造層(3)が、5から250μmの範囲の構造深度(32)を有すること、
を特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の多層体(100)。 - 前記構造層(3)の隣り合う隆起領域(33)及び/または隣り合うくぼみ領域(34)が、1μmから50cmの範囲の間隔(35)を有すること、
を特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の多層体(100)。 - 前記構造層(3)が、任意のパターンを形成するための凸部または凹部、英数字、または絵表示をその表面に形成すること、
を特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の多層体(100)。 - 少なくとも一つの前記加飾層(12、14)が、少なくとも一つの保護層及び/または加飾効果を備える、少なくとも一つの層を含み、前記加飾効果が、少なくとも部分的に配置され、場合によっては鏡面反射性の金属層、及び/または、回折構造またはホログラムを含むレリーフ構造を備える少なくとも部分的に配置される複製層、及び/または、蛍光性、リン光性、サーモクロミックまたはフォトクロミック色素、または視角依存性カラー変化効果を備える色素を含む、少なくとも部分的に配置される色素含有層、により形成されること、
を特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の多層体(100)。 - 前記構造層(3)が、少なくとも一つの前記加飾層(12、14)の少なくとも一方の少なくとも一つの加飾と正しい位置状態で配置されること、
を特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の多層体(100)。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の多層体(100)の製造プロセスであって、前記プロセスは、以下のステップを含む。
a)第一のキャリアフィルム(2)及び前記第一のキャリアフィルム(2)の一方の面に配置される構造層(3)を備えるレリーフフィルム(1)を提供するステップ、
b)第二のキャリアフィルム(10、17)及び少なくとも一つの加飾層(12、14)を備える多層フィルム(5)を提供するステップ、
c)前記構造層(3)が前記第一のキャリアフィルム(2)と前記第二のキャリアフィルム(10、17)との間に配置されるように、前記レリーフフィルム(1)と前記多層フィルム(5)とを接着するステップ。 - ステップa)が、
スクリーン印刷によって、前記第一のキャリアフィルム(2)上へ前記構造層(3)を印刷すること、を含むこと、または、ステップa)が、
前記構造層(3)を形成する放射線硬化性複製ラッカー層を前記第一のキャリアフィルム(2)へ適用し、
前記複製ラッカー層においてレリーフのインプレッションを形成し、
前記複製ラッカー層を硬化すること、
を含むこと、
を特徴とする請求項9に記載のプロセス。 - 表面レリーフ(40)を有する加飾射出成型製品(50)の製造プロセスであって、前記プロセスが、以下のステップを含む。
A)請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の多層体(100)を、前記第一のキャリアフィルム(2)が射出成型金型(20)の内部壁に対向するような方法で、前記射出成型金型(20)へ配置するステップ、
B)前記構造層(3)が少なくとも一つの前記加飾層(12、14)の一つ以上にレリーフを転写するような方法で、プラスティックの射出成型化合物を前記多層体へ射出することにより、前記多層体(100)をインサート成型するステップ、
C)プラスティック材料(25)を形成するために、前記プラスティックの射出成型化合物を硬化するステップ、
D)前記多層体(100)が配置される硬化された前記プラスティック材料(25)を、前記射出成型金型(20)から外すステップ、
E)前記レリーフフィルム(1)を含むフィルム体(19)を、前記プラスティック材料(25)及びそこに付着された少なくとも一つの前記加飾層(12、14)から剥離し、前記プラスティック材料(25)及びそこに付着された少なくとも一つの前記加飾層(12、14)が、表面レリーフ(40)を有する前記加飾射出成型製品(50)を提供するステップ。 - ステップB)が、
前記プラスティックの射出成型化合物が、前記多層体(100)の前記射出成型金型(20)の前記内部壁から離れて対向する面に接触するように、前記射出成型金型(20)へ前記プラスティックの射出成型化合物を射出し、
前記多層フィルム(5)が、前記射出成型金型(20)の前記内部壁の方向において前記レリーフフィルム(1)に対して押されるように、射出される前記プラスティックの射出成型化合物の圧力を設定し、
前記構造層(3)のレリーフが、少なくとも一つの前記加飾層(12、14)の一つ以上に、所定の転写深度で転写されるまで、射出される前記プラスティックの射出成型化合物の前記圧力を維持すること、
を含むこと、
を特徴とする請求項11に記載のプロセス。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の多層体(100)が、前記射出成型金型(20)に配置され、前記フィルム体(19)が、前記プラスティック材料(25)と、そこに付着された少なくとも一つの前記加飾層(12、14)と、そこに付着された前記第二のキャリア層(17)とから剥離され、前記プラスティック材料(25)と、そこに付着された少なくとも一つの前記加飾層(12、14)と、そこに付着された前記第二のキャリア層(17)とが、表面レリーフ(40)を有する前記加飾射出成型製品(50)を提供し、
前記プロセスが、ステップA)の前に実施される以下のステップをさらに含むこと、
を特徴とする請求項11または12に記載のプロセス。
熱及び圧力の適用により、前記多層体(100)を所望の形状で形成するステップ、
規定された輪郭線に沿って、形成された前記多層体(100)をトリミングするステップ。 - 表面レリーフ(40)を有する加飾プラスティック製品(50)の熱転写による製造プロセスであって、前記プロセスが、以下のステップを含む。
α)請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の多層体(100)を、前記レリーフフィルム(1)が加飾プラスティック製品(50)から離れて対向するように、前記加飾プラスティック製品(50)上に配置するステップ、
β)前記多層体(100)を、前記加飾プラスティック製品(50)上に熱転写するステップ、
γ)前記レリーフフィルム(1)を含むフィルム体(19)を、前記加飾プラスティック製品(50)と、そこに付着された少なくとも一つの前記加飾層(12、14)とから剥離し、前記加飾プラスティック製品(50)と、そこに付着された少なくとも一つの前記加飾層(12、14)とが、表面レリーフ(40)を有する前記加飾射出成型製品(50)を提供するステップ。
