Abstract
Description
本発明にかかる食品組成物は、酒粕及び/又は米麹を有効成分として含む。
実施例に示すように、動物個体が本発明の食品組成物を摂取することによって、その動物個体のムチン産生が促進され、糞便中のムチン量が増加する。このように、本発明の食品組成物は、ムチンの産生促進効果を有する。

- 酒粕を有効成分として含むムチン産生促進用食品組成物。
- 米麹を有効成分として含むムチン産生促進用食品組成物。
- 酒粕を有効成分として含む粘膜組織保護用食品組成物。
- 米麹を有効成分として含む粘膜組織保護用食品組成物。
- 前記粘膜組織が消化管である、請求項3または4に記載の粘膜組織保護用食品組成物。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の食品組成物を含む食品。
- 甘酒を含む、請求項6に記載の食品。
