前輪及び後輪のいずれか一方である第1車輪(例えば、後述の実施形態での第1車輪101A)を駆動可能な内燃機関(例えば、後述の実施形態での内燃機関102)と、前記内燃機関に接続される第1電動機(例えば、後述の実施形態での第1電動機103)と、前記前輪及び前記後輪の他方である第2車輪(例えば、後述の実施形態での第2車輪101B)を駆動する第2電動機(例えば、後述の実施形態での第2電動機107)と、を備える車両の動作を制御する複数の制御装置と、
前記複数の制御装置のそれぞれに接続されて前記制御装置を互いに通信可能に接続する通信ネットワーク(例えば、後述の実施形態での第1通信ネットワーク140及び第2通信ネットワーク142)と、を備え、
前記複数の制御装置は、前記内燃機関の動作を制御する第1制御装置(例えば、後述の実施形態での管理ECU120)と、前記第1電動機の動作を制御する第2制御装置(例えば、後述の実施形態での第1制御ECU122)と、前記第2電動機の動作を制御する第3制御装置(例えば、後述の実施形態での第2制御ECU126)と、を含み、前記通信ネットワークを介した前記制御装置間の通信の異常発生を各制御装置が検知し、
前記通信ネットワークを介した前記第2制御装置と他の制御装置の間の通信の異常発生が検知されると、前記第1制御装置は、前記内燃機関の動作を停止し、前記第3制御装置は、前記車両が走行するための動力を前記第2電動機が出力するよう制御する、車両制御システムである。
前記車両は、前記第1電動機と前記第1車輪との動力伝達経路上に設けられ、解放又は締結することにより第1電動機側と第1車輪側とを遮断状態又は接続状態にする断接部(例えば、後述の実施形態でのトランスミッション104)を備え、
前記複数の制御装置は、前記断接部を制御する第4制御装置(例えば、後述の実施形態でのECU124)を含み、
前記通信の異常発生が検知されると、前記第4制御装置は、前記断接部を解放し、前記第3制御装置は、前記断接部の解放が完了した後に前記車両が走行するための動力を前記第2電動機が出力するよう制御する。
前記通信の異常発生が検知されると、前記第1制御装置は、前記内燃機関のトルクが所定値未満となった後に、前記断接部を解放するよう前記第4制御装置に指示する。
前記第2制御装置は、前記第1電動機が発電した電力又は前記第1電動機を駆動する電力の変換をスイッチング動作によって行う変換部(例えば、後述の実施形態での第1インバータ105)の動作を制御し、
前記通信の異常発生が検知されると、前記第2制御装置は、前記変換部が有するスイッチング素子を全てオフ状態に制御する。
前記通信ネットワークは、前記複数の制御装置のそれぞれに接続されて前記制御装置を互いに通信可能に接続する第1通信ネットワーク(例えば、後述の実施形態での第1通信ネットワーク140)及び第2通信ネットワーク(例えば、後述の実施形態での第2通信ネットワーク142)を含み、
前記通信の異常は、前記第1通信ネットワークを介した前記第2制御装置と前記他の制御装置間の通信及び前記第2通信ネットワークを介した前記第2制御装置と前記他の制御装置間の通信の双方の異常である。
前輪及び後輪のいずれか一方である第1車輪(例えば、後述の実施形態での第1車輪101A)を駆動可能な内燃機関(例えば、後述の実施形態での内燃機関102)と、前記内燃機関に接続される第1電動機(例えば、後述の実施形態での第1電動機103)と、前記前輪及び前記後輪の他方である第2車輪(例えば、後述の実施形態での第2車輪101B)を駆動する第2電動機(例えば、後述の実施形態での第2電動機107)と、を備える車両の動作を制御する複数の制御装置と、
前記複数の制御装置のそれぞれに接続されて前記制御装置を互いに通信可能に接続する通信ネットワーク(例えば、後述の実施形態での第1通信ネットワーク140及び第2通信ネットワーク142)と、を備え、
前記複数の制御装置は、前記内燃機関を制御する第1制御装置(例えば、後述の実施形態での管理ECU120)と、前記第1電動機を制御する第2制御装置(例えば、後述の実施形態での第1制御ECU122)と、前記第2電動機を制御する第3制御装置(例えば、後述の実施形態での第2制御ECU126)と、を含み、前記第1制御装置は前記第2制御装置の異常発生を検知し、
前記第2制御装置の異常発生が検知されると、前記第1制御装置は、前記内燃機関の動作を停止し、前記第3制御装置は、前記車両が走行するための動力を前記第2電動機が出力するよう制御する、車両制御システムである。
前記車両は、前記第1電動機と前記第1車輪との動力伝達経路上に設けられ、解放又は締結することにより第1電動機側と第1車輪側とを遮断状態又は接続状態にする断接部を備え、
前記複数の制御装置は、前記断接部を制御する第4制御装置(例えば、後述の実施形態でのECU124)を含み、
前記第2制御装置の異常発生が検知されると、前記第4制御装置は、前記断接部を解放し、前記第3制御装置は、前記断接部の解放が完了した後に前記車両が走行するための動力を前記第2電動機が出力するよう制御する。
前記第2制御装置の異常発生が検知されると、前記第1制御装置は、前記内燃機関のトルクが所定値未満となった後に、前記断接部を解放するよう前記第4制御装置に指示する。
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態に係る車両制御システムの構成と異常状態を示す図である。第1実施形態の車両制御システム100は、ハイブリッド車両に搭載され、当該ハイブリッド車両の前輪及び後輪のいずれか一方である第1車輪101Aを駆動する内燃機関102、内燃機関102に接続される第1電動機103、並びに、ハイブリッド車両の前輪及び後輪の他方である第2車輪101Bを駆動する第2電動機107を制御する。
図4は、本発明の第2実施形態に係る車両制御システムの構成と異常状態を示す図である。第2実施形態の車両制御システム200の構成は、第1実施形態の車両制御システム100と同様である。第2実施形態の異常状態は、第1実施形態とは異なり、第1制御ECU122自体の故障である。本実施形態では、各ECUは他のECUの状態を監視し、ECU自体の故障を検知する。なお、ECUの状態監視は、各ECUが他のECU宛てにパイロット信号を送信することによって行われ、パイロット信号に対するACK信号が得られないECUがあれば、このECUが故障したと判定する。

Claims (8)
- 前輪及び後輪のいずれか一方である第1車輪を駆動可能な内燃機関と、前記内燃機関に接続される第1電動機と、前記前輪及び前記後輪の他方である第2車輪を駆動する第2電動機と、を備える車両の動作を制御する複数の制御装置と、
前記複数の制御装置のそれぞれに接続されて前記制御装置を互いに通信可能に接続する通信ネットワークと、を備え、
前記複数の制御装置は、前記内燃機関を制御する第1制御装置と、前記第1電動機を制御する第2制御装置と、前記第2電動機を制御する第3制御装置と、を含み、前記通信ネットワークを介した前記制御装置間の通信の異常発生を各制御装置が検知し、
前記通信ネットワークを介した前記第2制御装置と他の制御装置の間の通信の異常発生が検知されると、前記第1制御装置は、前記内燃機関の動作を停止し、前記第3制御装置は、前記車両が走行するための動力を前記第2電動機が出力するよう制御する、車両制御システム。 - 請求項1に記載の車両制御システムであって、
前記車両は、前記第1電動機と前記第1車輪との動力伝達経路上に設けられ、解放又は締結することにより第1電動機側と第1車輪側とを遮断状態又は接続状態にする断接部を備え、
前記複数の制御装置は、前記断接部を制御する第4制御装置を含み、
前記通信の異常発生が検知されると、前記第4制御装置は、前記断接部を解放し、前記第3制御装置は、前記断接部の解放が完了した後に前記車両が走行するための動力を前記第2電動機が出力するよう制御する、車両制御システム。 - 請求項2に記載の車両制御システムであって、
前記通信の異常発生が検知されると、前記第1制御装置は、前記内燃機関のトルクが所定値未満となった後に、前記断接部を解放するよう前記第4制御装置に指示する、車両制御システム。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の車両制御システムであって、
前記第2制御装置は、前記第1電動機が発電した電力又は前記第1電動機を駆動する電力の変換をスイッチング動作によって行う変換部の動作を制御し、
前記通信の異常発生が検知されると、前記第2制御装置は、前記変換部が有するスイッチング素子を全てオフ状態に制御する、車両制御システム。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の車両制御システムであって、
前記通信ネットワークは、前記複数の制御装置のそれぞれに接続されて前記制御装置を互いに通信可能に接続する第1通信ネットワーク及び第2通信ネットワークを含み、
前記通信の異常は、前記第1通信ネットワークを介した前記第2制御装置と前記他の制御装置間の通信及び前記第2通信ネットワークを介した前記第2制御装置と前記他の制御装置間の通信の双方の異常である、車両制御システム。 - 前輪及び後輪のいずれか一方である第1車輪を駆動可能な内燃機関と、前記内燃機関に接続される第1電動機と、前記前輪及び前記後輪の他方である第2車輪を駆動する第2電動機と、を備える車両の動作を制御する複数の制御装置と、
前記複数の制御装置のそれぞれに接続されて前記制御装置を互いに通信可能に接続する通信ネットワークと、を備え、
前記複数の制御装置は、前記内燃機関を制御する第1制御装置と、前記第1電動機を制御する第2制御装置と、前記第2電動機を制御する第3制御装置と、を含み、前記第1制御装置は前記第2制御装置の異常発生を検知し、
前記第2制御装置の異常発生が検知されると、前記第1制御装置は、前記内燃機関の動作を停止し、前記第3制御装置は、前記車両が走行するための動力を前記第2電動機が出力するよう制御する、車両制御システム。 - 請求項6に記載の車両制御システムであって、
前記車両は、前記第1電動機と前記第1車輪との動力伝達経路上に設けられ、解放又は締結することにより第1電動機側と第1車輪側とを遮断状態又は接続状態にする断接部を備え、
前記複数の制御装置は、前記断接部を制御する第4制御装置を含み、
前記第2制御装置の異常発生が検知されると、前記第4制御装置は、前記断接部を解放し、前記第3制御装置は、前記断接部の解放が完了した後に前記車両が走行するための動力を前記第2電動機が出力するよう制御する、車両制御システム。 - 請求項7に記載の車両制御システムであって、
前記第2制御装置の異常発生が検知されると、前記第1制御装置は、前記内燃機関のトルクが所定値未満となった後に、前記断接部を解放するよう前記第4制御装置に指示する、車両制御システム。
