Claims (10)
- 駆動装置であって、
回転軸を備えるモータと、
ギアボックスとを備え、前記ギアボックスは、
前記回転軸に同軸的に固定された第1の太陽歯車と、
前記第1の太陽歯車を取り囲みかつこれに係合する複数の第1の遊星歯車であって、第1の遊星キャリアに回転可能に取り付けられ、前記第1の太陽歯車と前記第1の遊星歯車との噛合平面が前記回転軸に対して傾斜し、各々の前記第1の遊星歯車は外部から加わる第1の力を受けて、前記回転軸に向かう横断分力を前記第1の太陽歯車に加える第1の遊星歯車と、
前記複数の第1の遊星歯車を取り囲みかつこれらに係合する第1の内歯車リングとを含むこと、を特徴とする駆動装置。 - 前記第1の遊星キャリアは、第1の弾性部材が前記モータに向かって加える第2の力を受け、前記第1の遊星キャリアは、前記第1の遊星歯車に前記第1の力を加える、請求項1に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記ギアボックスは、第2の太陽歯車と、前記第2の太陽歯車を取り囲みかつこれに係合する複数の第2の遊星歯車と、前記第2の遊星歯車を取り囲みかつこれらに係合する第2の内歯車リングとを備え、前記第2の太陽歯車は、前記第1の遊星キャリアに同軸的に固定され、前記第2の遊星歯車は、第2の遊星キャリアに回転可能に取り付けられ、前記ギアボックスの出力軸は、前記第2の遊星キャリアに同軸的に固定される、請求項2に記載の駆動装置。
- 前記第1の弾性部材は、圧縮ばねであり、前記第2の太陽歯車と前記出力軸及び前記第2の遊星キャリアの一方との間に取り付ける、請求項3に記載の駆動装置。
- 各々の前記第1の遊星歯車と前記第1の遊星キャリアとの間に、第2の弾性部材が取り付けられ、前記第1の遊星歯車に作用する力を発生するように構成される、請求項1から4の何れか1つに記載の駆動装置。
- 前記回転軸は、軸受及び前記第1の太陽歯車によってのみ支持され、前記軸受は、前記モータのうち前記ギアボックスから遠い端部に取り付ける、請求項1から5の何れか1つに記載の駆動装置。
- 前記第1の太陽歯車の歯の厚さは、前記モータに近付く方向で次第に増加して、前記第1の太陽歯車の前記噛合平面を前記回転軸に対して傾斜させ、前記第1の遊星歯車の歯の厚さは、前記モータに近付く方向で次第に減少し、前記内歯車リングの歯の厚さは、前記モータに近付く方向で次第に増加する、請求項1から6の何れか1つに記載の駆動装置。
- 前記第1の太陽歯車の歯厚は、3mmから5mmであり、前記第1の太陽歯車の前記噛合平面は、前記回転軸に対して3度から8度だけ傾斜している、請求項1から7の何れか1つに記載の駆動装置。
- 前記回転軸の周りにファンがさらに固定して取り付けられ、前記モータと前記ギアボックスとの間に位置する、請求項1から8の何れか1つに記載の駆動装置。
- 前記第1の遊星歯車は、前記第1の太陽歯車の円周方向に沿って等距離で配置され、前記第1の遊星歯車が前記第1の太陽歯車に前記回転軸に向かってそれぞれ加える横断分力は、大きさが等しく、各々の前記第1の遊星歯車が前記第1の太陽歯車に加える横断分力は、前記回転軸の軸線に向いている、請求項1から9の何れか1つに記載の駆動装置。
