Abstract
【解決手段】車両の制御装置100は、無段変速機40の変速比およびエンジン2の回転数を制御するように構成された制御装置100であって、車両1に備えられた補機120の負荷状態を判定する判定部100aと、負荷状態が所定値未満である場合に、ロックアップクラッチ25の係合中におけるエンジン2の回転数を、第1の回転数に維持するように無段変速機40の変速比およびエンジン2の回転数を制御するように構成された第1制御部100bと、負荷状態が所定値以上である場合に、エンジン2の運転状態を低回転中負荷の領域から外れるように、ロックアップクラッチ25の係合中におけるエンジン2の回転数を第1の回転数よりも高い第2の回転数にするように無段変速機40の変速比およびエンジン2の回転数を制御するように構成された第2制御部100cと、を備えている。

Description
(1)前進クラッチ37を構成する、クラッチドラムとセパレータプレート(何れも不図示)との嵌合部および、クラッチハブと摩擦プレート(何れも不図示)との嵌合部。
(2)プライマリシャフト39と、これにスプライン嵌合されたプライマリプーリ41の固定シーブ42との嵌合部。
(3)プライマリシャフト39と、これにスプライン嵌合された遊星歯車列31の構成要素のキャリア32との嵌合部。
<ガタ打ち音発生前提条件>
(1)車両の加速度がゼロ付近である。(|加速度|≦所定加速度)
(2)アクセル開度が所定開度以下である。(アクセル開度≦所定開度)
(3)エンジン回転が低回転である。(所定エンジン回転数1≦エンジン回転数Ne≦所定エンジン回転数2)
(4)前進クラッチ37のトルク(C1トルク)が0Nm付近である。(|CVT入力トルクtt−フリクションTcvtfric|≦所定トルク)
(5)定常走行中判定条件1(駆動力/スロットル開度≦所定値1)
(6)定常走行中判定条件2(Δ駆動力/Δスロットル開度≦所定値2)
<ガタ打ち音発生条件>
(7)補機負荷(エアコン120の稼動による負荷+オルタネータ131の発電による負荷)が高負荷である。(補機負荷≧所定値3)
ステップS1において、制御装置100は、ガタ打ち音発生前提条件が満たされたと判断した場合には、ステップS2(YES側)に進んで、車両1の補機負荷の状態について判断する。
Claims (2)
- エンジンと、無段変速機と、ロックアップクラッチとを備える車両に適用され、前記無段変速機の変速比および前記エンジンの回転数を制御するように構成された車両の制御装置であって、
前記車両に備えられた補機の負荷状態を判定する判定部と、
前記負荷状態が所定値未満である場合には、前記ロックアップクラッチの係合中における前記エンジンの回転数を、第1の回転数に維持するように前記無段変速機の変速比および前記エンジンの回転数を制御するように構成された第1制御部と、
前記負荷状態が所定値以上である場合には、前記エンジンの運転状態を低回転中負荷の領域から外れるように、前記ロックアップクラッチの係合中における前記エンジンの回転数を前記第1の回転数よりも高い第2の回転数にするように前記無段変速機の変速比および前記エンジンの回転数を制御するように構成された第2制御部と、
を備えたことを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置において、
前記第1制御部または前記第2制御部は、前記負荷状態が、前記所定値未満と前記所定値以上との間を移行した場合に、前記エンジンの回転数の変化速度を所定範囲内に抑制するように前記無段変速機の変速比および前記エンジンの回転数を制御する
ことを特徴とする車両の制御装置。
