Abstract
Description
図1に示すように、制御装置30の制御対象の車両用駆動装置1は、駆動力源Eと車輪Wとを結ぶ動力伝達経路に、駆動力源Eの側から順に、変速機構TMとパーキングギヤ2とを備えている。変速機構TMは、入力部材I(変速入力部材)の回転を変速して出力部材O(変速出力部材)に伝達する。入力部材Iは駆動力源Eに駆動連結され、出力部材Oは車輪Wに駆動連結される。本実施形態では、出力部材Oは、出力用差動歯車装置DFを介して車輪Wに駆動連結されている。また、本実施形態では、出力部材Oは、カウンタギヤ機構CGを介して出力用差動歯車装置DFに駆動連結されている。駆動力源Eの側から出力部材Oに伝達された回転及びトルクは、出力用差動歯車装置DFを介して左右2つの車輪Wに分配して伝達される。これにより、車両用駆動装置1は、駆動力源Eのトルクを車輪Wに伝達させて車両を走行させる。また、車両用駆動装置1は、パーキングロック機構10を備えている。詳細は後述するが、パーキングロック機構10は、パーキングポール11をパーキングギヤ2に係合させてパーキングギヤ2の回転を規制する機構である。本実施形態では、パーキングギヤ2が「回転部材」に相当し、パーキングポール11が「係合部材」に相当する。
制御装置30は、CPU等の演算処理装置を中核部材として備えると共に、RAMやROM等の記憶装置等を有して構成される。そして、ROM等に記憶されたソフトウェア(プログラム)又は別途設けられた演算回路等のハードウェア、或いはそれらの両方により、制御装置30が実行する各機能が実現される。制御装置30が備える演算処理装置は、各プログラムを実行するコンピュータとして動作する。なお、制御装置30が、互いに通信可能な複数のハードウェア(複数の分離したハードウェア)の集合によって構成されても良い。
制御装置のその他の実施形態について説明する。なお、以下のそれぞれの実施形態で開示される構成は、矛盾が生じない限り、他の実施形態で開示される構成と組み合わせて適用することも可能である。
以下、上記において説明した制御装置の概要について説明する。

Claims (2)
- 駆動力源と車輪とを結ぶ動力伝達経路に前記駆動力源の側から順に変速機構と回転部材とが設けられると共に、係合部材を前記回転部材に係合させて前記回転部材の回転を規制するパーキングロック機構が設けられた車両用駆動装置を制御対象とする制御装置であって、
前記変速機構がトルクの伝達を行わないニュートラル状態であり、前記パーキングロック機構が前記係合部材を前記回転部材に係合させたロック状態であり、且つ、車両が坂路に停止している状態において、前記車両に設けられたレンジ選択装置により前記車両を前進又は後進させる走行レンジが選択された場合に、ロック解除制御を実行し、
路面の勾配に応じて前記車輪側から前記回転部材に作用するトルクとは反対方向のトルクを反対トルクとして、前記ロック解除制御は、前記反対トルクが前記駆動力源側から前記回転部材に伝達されるように前記変速機構を制御すると共に、前記反対トルクが前記回転部材に伝達されている状態で前記係合部材と前記回転部材との係合を解除する制御であり、
前記ロック解除制御の実行中、少なくとも前記反対トルクの前記回転部材への伝達が開始されてから前記係合部材と前記回転部材との係合が解除されるまでの間、前記駆動力源の出力トルクの大きさを、前記車両に備えられたアクセルペダルの操作量にかかわらず、予め定めた閾値以下に制限するトルク制限制御を実行する制御装置。 - 前記係合部材と前記回転部材との係合が解除され、且つ、前記レンジ選択装置により選択された前記走行レンジに対応する伝達状態での前記変速機構によるトルクの伝達が開始されたことを条件として、前記トルク制限制御を終了する請求項1に記載の制御装置。
