Claims (9)
- 工作機械の稼働管理方法であって、
工作機械の稼働状況を監視し、稼働によって発生したイベントを収集する収集ステップと、
収集した複数の前記イベントを、複数のグループに分けて記憶媒体に記憶するグループ化ステップと、
を含み、
前記グループ化ステップは、前記工作機械に設定されるモードが切り換わる毎に、設定されていた前記モード中に発生した1つまたは2つ以上の前記イベントをグループ化して記憶する
ことを特徴とする工作機械の稼働管理方法。 - 請求項1に記載の工作機械の稼働管理方法において、
前記工作機械のモードは、手動送りモード、編集モード、および、自動加工モードのうち、少なくとも2つを有する
ことを特徴とする工作機械の稼働管理方法。 - 請求項2に記載の工作機械の稼働管理方法において、
前記グループ化ステップは、前記工作機械の前記モードが前記自動加工モードとなっている場合は、加工サイクル毎に、加工サイクル中に発生して収集された1つまたは2つ以上の前記イベントをグループ化する
ことを特徴とする工作機械の稼働管理方法。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械の稼働管理方法において、
前記記憶媒体に記憶されているグループ化された複数の前記イベントを表示部に一覧表示させる一覧表示ステップをさらに含む、
ことを特徴とする工作機械の稼働管理方法。 - 請求項4に記載の工作機械の稼働管理方法において、
オペレータによって指定されて入力された前記グループの付帯情報を、指定された前記グループに対応付けて記憶する情報付加ステップをさらに含む
ことを特徴とする工作機械の稼働管理方法。 - 請求項4または5に記載の工作機械の稼働管理方法において、
オペレータの操作に応じて複数の前記グループの中からいずれか1つの前記グループを選択する選択ステップと、
選択した前記グループの前記イベントの内容と類似する前記イベントを有する前記グループを抽出する抽出ステップと、
抽出した前記グループを表示する表示ステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする工作機械の稼働管理方法。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械の稼働管理方法において、
前記イベントは、稼働によって発生したアラームおよび稼働状況の変化のうち少なくとも一方を含む
ことを特徴とする工作機械の稼働管理方法。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械の稼働管理方法において、
前記稼働管理方法は、複数の前記工作機械の稼働を管理するものであり、
前記収集ステップは、前記工作機械毎に発生する前記イベントを収集し、
前記グループ化ステップは、前記工作機械毎に、収集した複数の前記イベントを複数の前記グループに分けて記憶媒体に記憶する
ことを特徴とする工作機械の稼働管理方法。 - コンピュータに、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械の稼働管理方法を実行させることを特徴とするプログラム。
