Claims (3)
- 気体の流入路および流出路と、上記流入路と流出路とを連通させる弁口とが設けられたケーシングと、上記弁口を開閉する弁体とを有する弁本体と、
上記弁本体の流入路と、該流入路に気体を供給する供給管との間に設けられ、上記流入路と上記供給管とを連通させ且つ上記供給管の流路断面積よりも小さい開口面積に形成された開口を有する絞り部材とを備えている
ことを特徴とする弁装置。 - 請求項1に記載の弁装置において、
上記絞り部材の開口には、円形開口の一部を遮蔽する障壁部が設けられている
ことを特徴とする弁装置。 - 請求項2に記載の弁装置において、
上記弁本体の流入路は、流入端から直線状に延びた後に曲がる曲がり部を有しており、
上記絞り部材の障壁部は、上記開口において上記流入路の曲がり部の曲がり方向と同じ側の位置に設けられている
ことを特徴とする弁装置。
