Abstract
【解決手段】燃料ガス循環装置10は、燃料ガスを噴射するインジェクタ16がボディ12の装着孔14へと挿入され、その先端側には円筒状のノズル80が一体的に設けられると共に、前記インジェクタ16の下流側には余剰となった燃料ガスと噴射される燃料ガスとを混合させるディフューザ20が設けられている。このディフューザ20の基端にはオフガスの循環する連通路118が形成され、該連通路118の設けられた室116より下流側には流路径の縮径した縮径部120が形成される。そして、ノズル80の先端となるノズル噴射孔85が縮径部120に臨み、且つ、同軸となるように設けることで、ディフューザ20で生じた負圧作用下にオフガスを燃料電池スタック側へと循環させる。

新たに供給される燃料ガスの流通する流路を有したボディと、
流路に設けられ、内部にディフューザ流路を有したディフューザと、
ディフューザの上流側に形成され、少なくとも一部がボディの内部に挿入され燃料ガスを噴射するインジェクタと、
を備え、
ディフューザ流路は、燃料オフガスの循環する循環流路と連通した連通部と、連通部から下流側に向かって縮径する縮径部とから構成されると共に、
インジェクタがディフューザと同軸に設けられ、インジェクタの先端には燃料ガスを噴射するノズルが一体的に設けられ、ノズルの先端が縮径部に臨むように配置されることを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- 燃料電池システムにおける燃料電池スタックから排出された燃料オフガスを循環させる燃料ガス循環装置であって、
新たに供給される燃料ガスの流通する流路を有したボディと、
前記流路に設けられ、内部にディフューザ流路を有したディフューザと、
前記ディフューザの上流側に形成され、少なくとも一部が前記ボディの内部に挿入され前記燃料ガスを噴射するインジェクタと、
を備え、
前記ディフューザ流路は、前記燃料オフガスの循環する循環流路と連通した連通部と、前記連通部から下流側に向かって縮径する縮径部とから構成されると共に、
前記インジェクタが前記ディフューザと同軸に設けられ、該インジェクタの先端には前記燃料ガスを噴射するノズルが一体的に設けられ、前記ノズルの先端が前記縮径部に臨むように配置されることを特徴とする燃料ガス循環装置。 - 請求項1記載の燃料ガス循環装置において、
前記ノズルの内部には軸方向に沿って延在したノズル流路を有し、
前記ノズル流路は、同一径で延在する円筒部と、
前記円筒部に対して下流側に形成され該下流側に向かって徐々に縮径しながら開口するノズル噴射孔と、
を備えることを特徴とする燃料ガス循環装置。 - 請求項2記載の燃料ガス循環装置において、
前記インジェクタの内部に形成されるインジェクタ流路と、
前記インジェクタ流路の連通状態を切り換える弁体と、
を備え、
前記ノズルは、前記ノズル噴射孔とは反対側の端部が前記インジェクタ流路内に挿入され、該端部に前記弁体の着座する弁座部が形成されることを特徴とする燃料ガス循環装置。
