Abstract
【解決手段】電動送風機1は、遠心ファン2と、遠心ファン2に回転一体に設けられる軸9と、スリーブ16と、スリーブ16内に設けられ、軸9を回転可能に支持する軸受17と、スリーブ16が固定される貫通孔21を有するディフューザ6と、スリーブ16の外周面に設けられる凹部41と、ディフューザ6と凹部41との間に充填され、硬化した状態で貫通孔21からスリーブ16が抜け出ることを阻止する抜け止め部43と、を備えている。

Claims (3)
- 遠心ファンと、
前記遠心ファンに回転一体に設けられる軸と、
外周面に凹部を有する筒体と、
前記筒体内に設けられ、前記軸を回転可能に支持する軸受と、
前記筒体が固定される貫通孔を有するフレームと、
前記フレームと前記凹部との間に充填され、硬化した状態で前記貫通孔から前記筒体が抜け出ることを阻止する抜け止め部と、を備える電動送風機。 - 前記筒体の前記遠心ファンに近い方の端部は、前記貫通孔の前記遠心ファンに近い方の口元よりも突出している請求項1に記載の電動送風機。
- 前記フレームは樹脂成形品であり、
前記抜け止め部は、エポキシ系接着剤である請求項1または2に記載の電動送風機。
