Claims (9)
- インペラーと、ディフューザーと、シュラウドとを備え、前記ディフューザーは複数の羽根と1つ以上の突起とを備え、各突起は前記羽根の上部から延伸し、前記シュラウドは1つ以上の穴を備え、前記シュラウドは、各突起がそれぞれの穴を通って突出するように前記インペラー及び前記ディフューザーを覆い、前記シュラウドは接着剤により前記突起に固定される、圧縮機。
- 前記シュラウドは、谷部を区分する1対の同心の壁を備え、前記谷部内に前記穴が配置され、前記接着剤は前記谷部の周りに配置される、請求項1に記載の圧縮機。
- 各突起は前記羽根の第1の部分から延伸し、前記シュラウドは前記羽根の第2の部分の上に置かれる、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記穴及び前記突起を覆うシールリングを備え、前記シールリングは前記接着剤により前記シュラウドに固定され、前記接着剤は、前記シールリングの内周及び外周の周りで、前記シュラウドと前記シールリングの間にシールを形成する、請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載の圧縮機。
- 圧縮機を組み立てる方法であって、
インペラーと、ディフューザーと、シュラウドとを準備する工程であって、前記ディフューザーは複数の羽根と1つ以上の突起とを備え、各突起は前記羽根の上部から延伸し、前記シュラウドは1つ以上の穴を備える、準備する工程と、
各突起がそれぞれの穴を通って突出するように、前記インペラーと前記ディフューザーを前記シュラウドで覆う工程と、
前記シュラウドと各突起の間に接着剤を塗布し、前記シュラウドを前記ディフューザーに固定する工程と
を備える方法。 - 前記シュラウドは谷部を区分する1対の同心の壁を備え、前記谷部内に前記穴が配置され、
前記接着剤を前記谷部の周りに塗布する工程を備える、請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記穴及び突起をシールリングで覆う工程を備え、
前記接着剤は前記シールリングの内周及び外周の周りにシールを形成する、請求項5又は請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記シールリングは環帯の内周及び外周から下方に延伸する前記環帯及びリップを備え、
前記接着剤が前記リップにより前記突起に向けて移動させられるよう前記シールリングを前記接着剤に押し付ける工程を備える、請求項7に記載の方法。 - 前記接着剤は第1の環状ビーズ及び第2の環状ビーズとして塗布され、前記シールリングは前記第1のビーズにその外周において接触し、前記第2のビーズにその内周において接触する、請求項7又は請求項8に記載の方法。
