Abstract
【解決手段】回転機械1は、回転軸12の軸方向D1の一端部に取り付けられて、回転軸12と一体に回転可能なインペラ8と、インペラ8の背面側で回転軸12に取り付けられて、ハウジング2に対して回転軸12を回転可能に支持する軸受20と、を備える。インペラ8は、回転軸12が貫通する円筒状のボス部51と、ボス部51に連接して回転軸12の径方向D2に延在するハブ部52と、ボス部51およびハブ部52から径方向D2および軸方向D1の一端側に突出する羽根部53とを含む。ハブ部52の背面には、軸方向D1におけるハブ部52の背面側の端縁52bよりも一端側に窪んだ凹部8aが設けられている。ボス部51の軸方向D1の他端51aは、凹部8a内に配置されており、軸受20の一端側の端面20dは、凹部8a内に配置されている。

Claims (5)
- ハウジング内で回転可能に支持された回転軸を備える回転機械であって、
前記回転軸の軸方向の一端部に取り付けられて、前記回転軸と一体に回転可能なインペラと、
前記インペラの背面側で前記回転軸に取り付けられて、前記ハウジングに対して前記回転軸を回転可能に支持する軸受と、を備え、
前記インペラは、前記回転軸が貫通する円筒状のボス部と、前記ボス部に連接して前記回転軸の径方向に延在するハブ部と、前記ボス部および前記ハブ部から前記径方向および前記軸方向の一端側に突出する羽根部とを含み、
前記ハブ部の背面には、前記軸方向における前記ハブ部の背面側の端縁よりも前記一端側に窪んだ凹部が設けられており、
前記ボス部の前記軸方向の他端は、前記凹部内に配置されており、
前記軸受の前記一端側の端面は、前記凹部内に配置されている回転機械。 - 前記ハウジングには、前記軸受を外周側および前記一端側から包囲すると共に前記凹部内に突出する軸受包囲部が設けられており、
前記軸受包囲部の前記ハブ部に対する対向面は、前記凹部の表面に沿って湾曲している請求項1に記載の回転機械。 - 前記ハウジングには、前記軸受を外周側および前記一端側から包囲すると共に前記凹部内に突出する軸受包囲部が設けられており、
前記軸受包囲部の一部分は、前記軸受の一端側に対向している請求項1に記載の回転機械。 - 前記軸受は、前記回転軸に圧入された内輪と、複数の玉を介して前記内輪に対して相対回転可能である外輪とを含むラジアル玉軸受であり、
前記内輪は前記インペラの前記ボス部に当接している請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の回転機械。 - 前記回転軸にはロータ部が設けられ、
前記ハウジングにはステータ部が設けられ、
前記ロータ部および前記ステータ部の相互作用によって前記回転軸および前記インペラを回転させる電動過給機である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の回転機械。
