Abstract
【解決手段】ドライブシャフト10は、金属製の第1軸部材50と、CFRP製の筒部材54と、第1外装スリーブ52とを有する。第1軸部材50は、一端側に第1等速ジョイント12を取り付け可能であり、且つ他端側にセレーションが形成された第1セレーション部62を有する。筒部材54は、第1セレーション部62に外嵌されて第1嵌合部72を形成する。第1外装スリーブ52は、第1軸部材50と筒部材54の外周面に跨って配設されることで第1嵌合部72を覆う。筒部材54の外周面と第1外装スリーブ52の内周面との間に、接着剤94と、接合補助部位90を有するフィルム92とが介在する。

Claims (10)
- 等速ジョイント同士を連結してトルクを伝達するドライブシャフトであって、
一端側に前記等速ジョイントを取り付け可能であり、且つ他端側にセレーションが形成されたセレーション部を有する金属製の軸部材と、
前記セレーション部に外嵌されて嵌合部を形成する炭素繊維複合材料製の筒部材と、
前記軸部材と前記筒部材の外周面に跨って配設されることで前記嵌合部を覆う外装スリーブと、を有し、
前記筒部材の外周面と前記外装スリーブの内周面との間に、接着剤と、接合補助部位を有するフィルムとが介在することを特徴とするドライブシャフト。 - 請求項1記載のドライブシャフトにおいて、
前記接合補助部位は吸盤構造であることを特徴とするドライブシャフト。 - 請求項1又は2記載のドライブシャフトにおいて、
前記接合補助部位は、前記フィルムに対して整列して設けられる複数からなることを特徴とするドライブシャフト。 - 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のドライブシャフトにおいて、
前記接合補助部位は、前記フィルムの両面に設けられることを特徴とするドライブシャフト。 - 請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載のドライブシャフトにおいて、
前記外装スリーブの内径はそれぞれ大きさの異なる大内径部と、中内径部と、前記大内径部と前記中内径部との間に配置される小内径部とからなり、
前記大内径部は、前記フィルム及び接着剤を介して前記筒部材を覆い、
前記中内径部は、前記軸部材の前記セレーションが形成されていない他部位を覆い、
前記小内径部は、前記セレーション部に外嵌され、
前記軸部材の前記セレーション部と前記他部位との間に形成された軸部材段部と、前記外装スリーブの前記中内径部と前記小内径部との間に形成された第1段部とが当接することで前記軸部材と前記外装スリーブとが位置決めされ、
前記外装スリーブの前記大内径部と前記小内径部との間に形成された第2段部と、前記筒部材の端面とが当接することで前記外装スリーブと前記筒部材とが位置決めされることを特徴とするドライブシャフト。 - 等速ジョイント同士を連結してトルクを伝達するドライブシャフトの製造方法であって、
一端側に前記等速ジョイントを取り付け可能であり、且つ他端にセレーションが形成されたセレーション部を有する金属製の軸部材の他端側を外装スリーブに内嵌する内嵌工程と、
前記外装スリーブの内周面と前記セレーション部との間に形成された隙間に、炭素繊維複合材料製の筒部材を圧入することにより、前記セレーション部に前記筒部材を外嵌して嵌合部を形成する外嵌工程と、を有し、
前記外嵌工程では、接合補助部位を設けたフィルムと接着剤とを、前記外装スリーブの内周面又は前記筒部材の外周面に沿って配置した状態で、前記隙間に前記筒部材を圧入することにより、前記フィルム及び前記接着剤を前記筒部材と前記外装スリーブとの間に介在させることを特徴とするドライブシャフトの製造方法。 - 請求項6記載のドライブシャフトの製造方法において、
前記接合補助部位として、吸盤構造を前記フィルムに設けることを特徴とするドライブシャフトの製造方法。 - 請求項6又は7記載のドライブシャフトの製造方法において、
前記フィルムに対して複数の前記接合補助部位を整列させて設けることを特徴とするドライブシャフトの製造方法。 - 請求項6〜8の何れか1項に記載のドライブシャフトの製造方法において、
前記フィルムの両面に前記接合補助部位を設けることを特徴とするドライブシャフトの製造方法。 - 請求項6〜9の何れか1項に記載のドライブシャフトの製造方法において、
前記外装スリーブの内径をそれぞれ大きさの異なる、大内径部と、中内径部と、前記大内径部と前記中内径部との間に配置される小内径部とから構成し、
前記内嵌工程では、前記外装スリーブの前記中内径部側から前記軸部材を挿入し、前記軸部材の前記セレーション部と前記セレーションが形成されていない他部位との間に形成された軸部材段部と、前記外装スリーブの前記中内径部と前記小内径部との間に形成された第1段部とを当接させることで前記軸部材と前記外装スリーブとを位置決めするとともに、前記小内径部を前記セレーション部に外嵌し、
前記外嵌工程では、前記外装スリーブの前記大内径部側から前記筒部材を圧入し、前記筒部材の端面と、前記外装スリーブの前記大内径部と前記小内径部との間に形成された第2段部とを当接させることで前記外装スリーブと前記筒部材とを位置決めするとともに、前記大内径部と前記筒部材との間に前記フィルム及び接着剤を介在させることを特徴とするドライブシャフトの製造方法。
