Abstract
【解決手段】穿孔副産物回収システムが、ワークピースに隣接して配置される真空シュラウドを利用する。スピンドルは基部から延伸し、ツールに係合する。スピンドルは、ワークピースに係合するように真空シュラウドの開口部を通って上方に、ツールを垂直方向に往復運動させる。周方向の空気ジェットは、スピンドルの基部付近で放出され、真空シュラウドに向けられる。

Claims (16)
- ワークピースに隣接して配置された真空シュラウドと;
基部から延伸し且つツールに係合しているスピンドルであって、前記スピンドルは、前記ワークピースに係合するように前記真空シュラウドの開口部を通って上方に、前記ツールを垂直方向に往復運動させる、スピンドルと;
前記スピンドルの前記基部の付近で放出され、前記真空シュラウドに向けられる周方向の空気ジェットと
を備えている、機械加工副産物回収システム。 - 前記真空シュラウドが、前記ワークピースに係合するように適合されたプレッシャフットに取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の機械加工副産物回収システム。
- 前記スピンドルと前記基部が、上部フランジを有するモーター駆動システムに作動可能に取り付けられ、前記周方向の空気ジェットが、前記上部フランジに取り付けられたマニホールドから放出される、請求項1又は2に記載の機械加工副産物回収システム。
- 前記モーター駆動システムが、ドリルスピンドルアセンブリの垂直往復運動を可能にする垂直トラックにトロリを備えた前記ドリルスピンドルアセンブリに含まれている、請求項3に記載の機械加工副産物回収システム。
- 前記マニホールドが、前記基部を実質的に囲む前記周方向の空気ジェットを作成するために、複数のオリフィスを含む、請求項3又は4に記載の機械加工副産物回収システム。
- 冷却空気を供給するために前記モーター駆動システムに動作可能に配管された冷却空気供給導管と;
排出冷却空気を受け入れるように接続された取付具と;
前記取付具と前記マニホールドとの間に接続された少なくとも1つの送り導管と
をさらに備えている、請求項5に記載の機械加工副産物回収システム。 - 前記少なくとも1つの導管が、前記オリフィスと流体連通する前記マニホールドの内部チャネルに接続されている、請求項6に記載の機械加工副産物回収システム。
- 前記マニホールドが、前記オリフィスが貫通した周方向の傾斜面を含んでいる、請求項7に記載の機械加工副産物回収システム。
- 前記傾斜面が、前記ツールの動作終端に近接した焦点に向けられた円錐状パターンで前記周方向の空気ジェットを放出するように前記オリフィスを配置している、請求項8に記載の機械加工副産物回収システム。
- 前記オリフィスに作動可能に接続されたノズルユニットをさらに備えている、請求項9に記載の機械加工副産物回収システム。
- 前記ノズルユニットが、一定の流速を維持するように適合された略一定の断面を有する導管を含む、請求項10に記載の機械加工副産物回収システム。
- 前記マニホールドが、前記基部及び前記スピンドルを露出させる第1の開口部と前記冷却空気供給導管を受け入れる第2の開口部を有する2つの三日月形で、第1のハーフマニホールドと第2のハーフマニホールドを含み、前記少なくとも1つの送り導管が、前記第1のハーフマニホールドと前記取付具を相互接続する第1の送り導管と、前記第2のハーフマニホールドと前記取付具を相互接続する第2の送り導管を含む、請求項6から11のいずれか一項に記載の機械加工副産物回収システム。
- 機械加工副産物回収のための方法であって:
ワークピースに隣接し且つドリルスピンドルアセンブリの上に配置された真空シュラウドを介して真空引きするステップと;
周方向の空気ジェットを前記ドリルスピンドルアセンブリの基部から前記真空シュラウドに向けるステップと;
前記真空シュラウドの開口部を通って上方に前記ドリルスピンドルアセンブリを往復運動させるステップと
を含む、方法。 - 冷却用の前記ドリルスピンドルアセンブリを介して冷却空気を導入するステップと;
前記ドリルスピンドルアセンブリから延伸するドリルスピンドルの前記基部を実質的に囲むマニホールドに前記冷却空気をルーティングするステップと
をさらに含む、請求項13に記載の方法。 - 周方向の空気ジェットを向ける前記ステップが、前記マニホールドのオリフィスを介して前記冷却空気を排出するステップをさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記周方向の空気ジェットが、略円錐状パターンで前記オリフィスによって、前記ドリルスピンドルの動作終端に近接した焦点に向けられる、請求項15に記載の方法。
