Abstract
Description
すなわち、本発明は、ベースポリマー(A)、電磁波抑制物質(B)および比誘電率2〜30000の誘電性化合物(C)を含有する樹脂組成物からなる電磁波抑制シートを第1の要旨とする。
本発明の電磁波抑制用樹脂組成物(以下、単に「樹脂組成物」という場合がある)は、ベースポリマー(A)、電磁波抑制物質(B)および比誘電率2〜30000の誘電性化合物(C)を含有するものである。
そして、本発明の電磁波抑制層は、上記電磁波抑制用樹脂組成物を含有してなる層である。
また、本発明の電磁波抑制シート[I]は、上記電磁波抑制用樹脂組成物によって形成されたものである。
なお、上記「カーボンブラック(b1)の平均粒子径」は、カーボンブラック凝集体を構成する一次粒子を電子顕微鏡で観察し計測することによって求められるものである(以下同じ)。

そして、本発明の電磁波抑制層は、上記樹脂組成物を含有する樹脂組成物材料を用いて得ることができる。例えば、上記樹脂組成物を含有する樹脂組成物材料を、各種部材に印刷(スクリーン印刷、インクジェット印刷等)したり、ディッピングしたり、コーティングしたりすることにより、直接に塗布し、乾燥することにより得られる。なお、上記「樹脂組成物を含有する樹脂組成物材料」とは、樹脂組成物材料全体が樹脂組成物からなる場合も含む趣旨である。

(楠本化成社製)
ベースポリマー(A)として上記ポリウレタン系樹脂1を用い、このベースポリマー(A)51重量部(固形分)に、電磁波抑制物質(B)として上記カーボンブラック1を8重量部およびグラファイト1を32重量部、誘電性化合物(C)として上記酸化チタン1を9重量部、さらには上記分散剤を12重量部(固形分)、トルエン85重量部、N,N’−ジメチルホルムアミド(DMF)15重量部、メチルエチルケトン(MEK)80重量部を加え、ビーズミルおよびメディアとして粒子径1mmのジルコニア粒子を用いてビーズミル処理を6時間行い、電磁波抑制用樹脂組成物を得た。得られた樹脂組成物を、支持フィルム[III]である易接着処理されたPETフィルム「帝人デュポンフィルム社製、テイジンテトロンフィルム25μm厚HPE」の易接着処理面に流延塗布し、80℃で5分乾燥して、厚み50μmの電磁波抑制シート[I]を形成した。
用いる材料と配合組成を表1〜5に示すように変えた。それ以外は、実施例1と同様にして、電磁波抑制粘着シート(粘着剤層[II]、剥離ライナー[IV]付き)を得た。
ベースポリマー(A)として前記スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー1を用い、このベースポリマー(A)51重量部をトルエン119重量部に溶解した溶液に、電磁波抑制物質(B)として前記カーボンブラック1を8重量部およびグラファイト1を32重量部、誘電性化合物(C)として前記酸化チタン1を9重量部、さらには前記分散剤を12重量部(固形分)、トルエン85重量部、N,N’−ジメチルホルムアミド(DMF)15重量部、メチルエチルケトン(MEK)80重量部を加え、ビーズミルおよびメディアとして粒子径1mmのジルコニア粒子を用いてビーズミル処理を6時間行い、電磁波抑制用樹脂組成物を得た。得られた樹脂組成物を支持フィルム[III]である易接着処理されたPETフィルム「帝人デュポンフィルム製、テイジンテトロンフィルム25μm厚HPE」の易接着処理面に流延塗布し、80℃で5分乾燥して、厚み50μmの電磁波抑制シート[I]を形成した。
ベースポリマー(A)として、スチレン系熱可塑性エラストマー2を用いた。それ以外は、実施例6と同様にして、電磁波抑制粘着シート(粘着剤層[II]、剥離ライナー[IV]付き)を得た。
[粘度]
JIS−Z8803に準拠し、B型回転粘度計にて、25℃、60rpmにおける粘度を測定した。
JIS−K5601−1−2に準拠し、試料約1gを温度125℃で3時間加熱した後の加熱残分を測定した。
組成物溶液を23℃、7日間密閉状態で放置した後の状態を、次の基準に従って評価した。
◎‥‥外観、粘度とも殆ど変化なし。
○‥‥外観変化ないが、やや粘度上昇。
△‥‥外観変化ないが、粘度上昇大(流動性はあり)。
×‥‥粘度上昇きわめて大(流動性なし)、またはゲル化。
[柔軟性]
JIS−P8115に準拠し、作製した電磁波抑制シート[I]を10000回屈曲した。そして、屈曲後の表面の状態を見てシワ、クラックの形状を観察し、以下の基準に従って評価した。
〇:表面にシワやクラックがない。
△:表面にシワが僅かにあり、クラックはない。
×:表面にシワがはっきりわかり、クラックが発生している。
JIS−Z0237に準拠し、作製した電磁波抑制粘着シートをステンレス304鋼板で鏡面仕上げのものに圧着し、23℃、50%RHで、24時間後の180度引き剥がし試験を行い、粘着力を測定した。
JIS−K7194に準拠し、四端子四探針法にて電磁波抑制シート[I]の表面の、表面抵抗率を測定した。
IEC62431に従い、ベクトルネットワークアナライザ、および、電波送信、受信アンテナにホーンアンテナを用い、アンテナ間距離が50cmとなるように設置し、送信および受信アンテナ間に、発泡倍率70倍の発泡スチロール製スペーサーに貼付した電磁波抑制粘着シートを設置した。そして、電波暗室内で自由空間法にて透過係数S21を測定した。その後、電磁波抑制粘着シートを取り除き、上記と同様にスペーサー単独のS21を測定し、電磁波抑制粘着シートがある場合とない場合とのS21の差から放射抑制率を求めた。放射抑制率の値は、発生する周波数やその強さにもよるため一概に決められる値ではないが、2.4G〜2.5GHz、5G〜6GHz、7〜8.5GHzの各周波数において、10dB以上であることが好ましい。
IEC62333に従い、マイクロストリップラインに電磁波抑制粘着シートを貼付し、ベクトルネットワークアナライザにより反射係数S11および透過係数S21を測定し、伝送減衰率Rtp値を求めた。伝送減衰率の値は発生する周波数やその強さにもよるため一概に決められる値ではないが、1G〜3GHz、5G〜6GHz、7〜8.5GHzの各周波数において、20dB以上であることが好ましい。
IEC62431に従い、ベクトルネットワークアナライザ(VNA)、電波送・受信アンテナに一つのホーンアンテナおよび反射板として厚さ1mmのアルミ板を用い、アンテナ/反射板間距離が50cm、入射角度0°となるように垂直に配置し、発泡倍率70倍の発泡スチロール製誘電体層に貼付した電磁波抑制粘着シートを、抑制シートが反射板の反対面になるように設置した。次に、誘電体層の厚みを2.4G〜3.4GHzでは100mm、4G〜4.5GHzでは60mm、5G〜6GHzでは40mmに調整し、電波暗室内で自由空間法にて反射係数S11を測定した。その後、電磁波抑制粘着シートを取り除き、上記と同様にして誘電体層単独のS11を測定し、電磁波抑制粘着シートがある場合とない場合とのS11の差から反射減衰量を求めた。反射減衰量の値は、発生する周波数やその強さにもよるため一概に決められる値ではないが、2.4G〜3.4GHz、4G〜4.5GHzおよび5G〜6GHzの各周波数において、10dB以上であることが好ましい。
Claims (9)
- ベースポリマー(A)、電磁波抑制物質(B)および比誘電率2〜30000の誘電性化合物(C)を含有する樹脂組成物からなることを特徴とする電磁波抑制シート。
- 誘電性化合物(C)の平均粒子径が0.001〜10μmであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電磁波抑制シート。
- 誘電性化合物(C)が誘電性金属化合物であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の電磁波抑制シート。
- 誘電性化合物(C)が誘電性金属酸化物であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の電磁波抑制シート。
- 請求項1〜4いずれか記載の電磁波抑制シート[I]の片面または両面に粘着剤層[II]が積層されてなることを特徴とする電磁波抑制粘着シート。
- 電磁波抑制シート[I]の片面または両面に粘着剤層[II]が積層され、その積層された電磁波抑制シート[I]と粘着剤層[II]の積層体の片面または両面に支持フィルム[III]が積層されてなることを特徴とする請求項5記載の電磁波抑制粘着シート。
- 電磁波抑制シート[I]の片面また両面に粘着剤層[II]が積層され、上記粘着剤層[II]の露出面に、剥離ライナー[IV]が積層されてなることを特徴とする請求項5または6記載の電磁波抑制粘着シート。
- ベースポリマー(A)、電磁波抑制物質(B)および比誘電率2〜30000の誘電性化合物(C)を含有することを特徴とする電磁波抑制用樹脂組成物。
- 請求項8記載の電磁波抑制用樹脂組成物を含有してなることを特徴とする電磁波抑制層。
