Abstract
【解決手段】扁平状磁性体粒子を含む磁性シートである。扁平状磁性体粒子が、Fe−Si−Cr系合金からなる。扁平状磁性体粒子の表面には、酸素膜が存在する。酸素膜の厚みを、オージェ電子分光で酸素強度が最表面から半減するまでの距離と定義する場合に、酸素膜の平均厚みが3.5〜6.0nmである。

Description
扁平状磁性体粒子を含む磁性シートであって、
前記扁平状磁性体粒子が、Fe−Si−Cr系合金からなり、
前記扁平状磁性体粒子の表面には、酸素膜が存在し、
前記酸素膜の厚みを、オージェ電子分光で酸素強度が最表面から半減するまでの距離と定義する場合に、前記酸素膜の平均厚みが3.5〜6.0nmであることを特徴とする。
水アトマイズ法により合金粒子を作製し、次いで、媒体撹拌ミルにより合金粒子を扁平化し、さらに熱処理を施して、扁平状磁性体粒子からなる軟磁性粉末を得た。
扁平状磁性体粒子の組成をFea1Sib1Crc1Xd1と表した場合に、a1=72、b1=28、c1=d1=0とした点を除いて実験例1と同様にして各実施例および比較例を作成して特性を評価した。結果を表2、図7および図8に示す。

Claims (1)
- 扁平状磁性体粒子を含む磁性シートであって、
前記扁平状磁性体粒子が、Fe−Si−Cr系合金からなり、
前記扁平状磁性体粒子の表面には、酸素膜が存在し、
前記酸素膜の厚みをオージェ電子分光で酸素強度が最表面から半減するまでの距離と定義する場合に、前記酸素膜の平均厚みが3.5〜6.0nmであることを特徴とする磁性シート。
