【解決手段】トポロジ最適化された内部構造及び前記内部構造を覆う面構造を有するコア部材と、前記面構造の前記内部構造を覆う側とは反対の表面を覆うように接合された、樹脂を含む樹脂面材と、を含む樹脂体。

Description
以下、本発明の一実施形態に係る樹脂体について、図1を用いて説明する。図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る樹脂体の概略構成を示す断面図である。本発明の一実施形態に係る樹脂体10は、トポロジ最適化された内部構造1a及び内部構造1aを覆う面構造1bを有するコア部材1と、面構造1bの表面を覆うように接合された、樹脂を含む樹脂面材2と、を含む。本実施形態に係る樹脂体10では、コア部材1の内部構造1aがハニカム構造ではなく、トポロジ最適化された構造となっている。内部構造がハニカム構造である樹脂体では、以下のような問題が生じるため好ましくない。
以下、本実施形態に係る樹脂体10を製造する製造方法の一実施形態について説明する。本実施形態に係る樹脂体10の製造方法は、コア部材1を作製する工程と、面構造1bの表面を覆うように樹脂面材2を接合する工程と、を含む。

Claims (7)
- トポロジ最適化された内部構造及び前記内部構造を覆う面構造を有するコア部材と、
前記面構造の前記内部構造を覆う側とは反対の表面を覆うように接合された、樹脂を含む樹脂面材と、
を含む樹脂体。 - 前記樹脂は、熱可塑性樹脂又は熱硬化性樹脂である請求項1に記載の樹脂体。
- 前記樹脂は、繊維が添加された繊維強化樹脂である請求項1又は請求項2に記載の樹脂体。
- 前記面構造は、表面に凹凸部を有する請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂体。
- 請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の樹脂体を製造する樹脂体の製造方法であって、
前記コア部材を作製する工程と、
前記面構造の表面を覆うように前記樹脂面材を接合する工程と、
を含む樹脂体の製造方法。 - 前記接合する工程では、インサート成形により前記面構造の表面を覆うように前記樹脂面材を接合する請求項5に記載の樹脂体の製造方法。
- 前記樹脂は、熱可塑性樹脂であり、
前記接合する工程では、溶着により前記面構造の表面を覆うように前記樹脂面材を接合する請求項5に記載の樹脂体の製造方法。
