Description
Claims (12)
- 複合構造体の製造方法であって、
ツールのツーリング面に第1の複合層(106)を適用すること、
前記第1の複合層の少なくとも一部の上に積層造形コンポーネントを配置すること、及び、
前記第1の複合層(106)の少なくとも一部及び前記積層造形コンポーネントの少なくとも一部の上に第2の複合層(120)を適用することを含み、前記積層造形コンポーネントの少なくとも一部は前記第1の複合層(106)と前記第2の複合層(120)との間に埋め込まれており、
前記方法が、
前記第2の複合層の適用後に前記複合構造体を硬化すること、及び
前記積層造形コンポーネントの一部を露出させるため、硬化後、前記第1の複合層(106)と前記第2の複合層(120)のうちの1つの少なくとも一部を取り除くこと
をさらに含む、複合構造体の製造方法。 - 前記第1の複合層(106)及び前記第2の複合層(120)のうちの1つの少なくとも一部の硬化後除去を容易にする機能(feature)を、前記積層造形コンポーネントに提供することを更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の複合層(106)及び前記第2の複合層(120)のうちの1つの少なくとも一部の硬化後除去を容易にするため、前記機能は切断ツールと整合するように構成されている、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記複合構造体と第2の構造体とを相互接続するため、前記第2の構造体につながるように構成された機能を、前記積層造形コンポーネントに提供することを更に含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記積層造形コンポーネントは、前記第1の複合層(106)と前記第2の複合層(120)との間に全体的に埋め込まれている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記積層造形コンポーネントは印刷される熱可塑性材料を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 配置ステップ中にツールに対する前記積層造形コンポーネントの配向を容易にするため、前記ツールと前記積層造形コンポーネントへの位置決め機能を提供することを更に含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 第1の複合層(106)と第2の複合層(120)、及び、
前記第1の複合層(106)と前記第2の複合層(120)との間に少なくとも部分的に埋め込まれた積層造形コンポーネント
を備え、
前記積層造形コンポーネントは、前記第1の複合層(106)と前記第2の複合層(120)との間に埋め込まれていない露出部分を含む、複合構造体。 - 前記複合構造体と第2の構造体とを相互接続するため、前記露出部分は、前記第2の構造体とつながるように構成された接続機能を含む、請求項8に記載の複合構造体。
- 前記積層造形コンポーネントは、前記第1の複合層(106)及び前記第2の複合層(120)のうちの1つの少なくとも一部の除去を容易にする機能を備える、請求項9に記載の複合構造体。
- 前記機能は、前記第1の複合層(106)及び前記第2の複合層(120)のうちの1つの少なくとも一部の除去を容易にするため、切断ツールと整合するように構成されている、請求項10に記載の複合構造体。
- 前記積層造形コンポーネントは印刷される熱可塑性材料を含む、請求項9に記載の複合構造体。
