Claims (5)
- 燃料タンクに連通する配管が接続される第1接続部、及び、前記燃料タンクの外部に配置されるキャニスタに連通する配管が接続される第2接続部を有し、内部が弁室をなすと共に、前記弁室から前記第1接続部に至る部分に正圧弁座が形成されたバルブケースと、
前記正圧弁座に対して接離するように前記弁室内にスライド可能に配置される正圧弁と、
前記バルブケース内に配置され、前記正圧弁を前記正圧弁座に当接するように付勢すると共に、前記燃料タンク内の圧力が所定値以上になったときに圧縮されて前記正圧弁を開かせるスプリングとを備え、
前記正圧弁は、弁本体と、弾性樹脂材料からなると共に、前記弁本体に装着されて前記正圧弁座に接離する環状シール部材と、前記環状シール部材を挟んで前記弁本体に装着されるリテーナとを有しており、
前記弁本体は、前記環状シール部材が載置される載置面を有しており、
前記リテーナは、前記環状シール部材の内径側に位置する連通路を有すると共に、前記載置面との間で前記環状シール部材を挟持する挟持部が設けられており、更に、前記連通路に連通する負圧弁座を有しており、
弾性樹脂材料からなると共に、前記負圧弁座に接離するように前記リテーナに装着され、常時は前記負圧弁座に当接して前記連通路を閉塞すると共に、前記燃料タンク内の圧力が所定値以下になったときに開く負圧弁を有していることを特徴するチェックバルブ。 - 前記負圧弁座は、前記挟持部に形成されている請求項1記載のチェックバルブ。
- 前記負圧弁は、円形のフランジ部を有しており、
前記弁本体の軸心に対して、前記環状シール部材の中心及び前記負圧弁のフランジ部の中心を合わせて配置したときに、前記フランジ部の外径は、前記環状シール部材の内径よりも大きく且つ前記環状シール部材の外径よりも小さく形成されている請求項2記載のチェックバルブ。 - 前記弁本体には、前記載置面に載置された前記環状シール部材の内径側に位置する部分に、前記リテーナを嵌合させるためのリテーナ嵌合部が設けられている請求項1〜3のいずか1つに記載のチェックバルブ。
- 前記負圧弁は、円形のフランジ部と該フランジ部の裏面中央から延びる軸部とを有しており、
前記リテーナの、前記リテーナ嵌合部に嵌合する部分の内側には、前記負圧弁の軸部が嵌合する負圧弁嵌合部が設けられている請求項4記載のチェックバルブ。
