射出成形に用いられる部品の情報を管理する、射出成形用情報管理装置であって、
1回のショットで前記部品にかかる負荷を表す物理量の値とその値でのショット回数との積の、前記部品の使用開始からの合計値を算出する、射出成形用情報管理装置が提供される。

Claims (6)
- 射出成形に用いられる部品の情報を管理する、射出成形用情報管理装置であって、
1回のショットで前記部品にかかる負荷を表す物理量の値とその値でのショット回数との積の、前記部品の使用開始からの合計値を算出する、射出成形用情報管理装置。 - 射出成形に用いられる複数の前記部品の情報を管理するものであって、
前記部品ごとに、1回のショットで前記部品にかかる負荷を表す物理量の値とその値でのショット回数との積の、前記部品の使用開始からの合計値を算出する、請求項1に記載の射出成形用情報管理装置。 - 前記負荷を表す物理量としては、力、圧力、トルク、温度、電流、移動距離、および負荷時間から選ばれる少なくとも1つを単独または組合せで用いる、請求項1または2に記載の射出成形用情報管理装置。
- 前記合計値に基づく通知を出力装置に出力させる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形用情報管理装置。
- 前記射出成形用情報管理装置は、射出成形機に含まれ、前記合計値および/または前記合計値に基づく通知を管理サーバに送信する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形用情報管理装置。
- 金型装置の型閉、型締、および型開を行う型締装置と、
前記金型装置内に成形材料を充填する射出装置と、
請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形用情報管理装置とを含む、射出成形機。
