Claims (8)
- 金型装置内における成形材料の流動を検出する検出器と、
前記検出器の検出結果に基づいて、前記金型装置内のキャビティ空間において前記成形材料を圧縮する圧縮動作の制御を行う制御装置とを備える、射出成形機。 - 前記制御装置は、前記検出器の検出結果に基づいて、前記圧縮動作を開始する、請求項1に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記制御装置は、前記検出器の検出結果に基づいて前記成形材料の所定位置への到達を検出する、請求項1または2に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記制御装置は、前記検出器の検出に基づいて前記成形材料の流動先端の所定位置への到達を検出する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記制御装置は、前記到達の検出からの経過時間が設定時間に達した時に、前記圧縮動作を開始する、請求項3または4に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記制御装置は、前記検出器の検出結果に基づいて、前記圧縮動作を行う部材の位置を制御する位置制御を行う、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記制御装置は、前記検出器の検出結果に基づいて、前記圧縮動作を行う部材に作用する圧力を制御する圧力制御を行う、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記制御装置は、前記検出器の検出結果に基づいて、前記圧縮動作の位置制御と、前記圧縮動作の圧力制御との切り替えを行う、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形機。
