Abstract
Description
(1) 広葉樹晒パルプと針葉樹未晒パルプを含んでなる、金属を保護するための金属合紙であって、坪量が22.0〜55.0g/m2、密度が0.55〜0.70g/cm3、紙厚が38〜82μmであり、JIS P8220−1:2012の規定に従って金属合紙を離解して得られるパルプスラリーについてJIS P8121−2:2012に基づいて測定した離解フリーネスが380〜600mlである、上記金属合紙。
(2) 湿紙をヤンキードライヤーで乾燥して製造される片艶の金属合紙である、(1)に記載の金属合紙。
(3) 広葉樹晒パルプと針葉樹未晒パルプの重量比が、50:50〜90:10である、(1)または(2)に記載の金属合紙。
(4) JIS P8116:2000に基づいて測定したヨコ方向の比引裂強さが5.00〜10.0mN・m2/gである、(1)〜(3)のいずれかに記載の金属合紙。
(5) 広葉樹晒パルプのカナダ標準フリーネスが180〜500mlである、(1)〜(4)のいずれかに記載の金属合紙。
(6) 広葉樹晒パルプと針葉樹未晒パルプがいずれもクラフトパルプである、(1)〜(5)のいずれかに記載の金属合紙。
(7) ステンレスを保護するための金属合紙である、(1)〜(6)のいずれかに記載の金属合紙。
本発明の金属合紙は、その坪量が22.0〜55.0g/m2、密度が0.55〜0.70g/cm3、紙厚が38〜82μmである。上記したパルプを用いてこのような範囲の金属合紙とすることによって、優れた品質の金属合紙を製造することができる。
(1)坪量:JIS P 8124:2011に準拠して測定した
(2)紙厚:JIS P 8118:1998に準拠して測定した。
(3)密度:JIS P 8118:1998に準拠して測定した。
(4)引裂強さおよび比引裂強さ: JIS P8116:2000に準拠して測定した(ヨコ方向)。
(5)離解フリーネス:JIS P8220−1:2012の規定に従って金属合紙を離解したパルプスラリーについて、JIS P8121−2:2012にて規定する測定方法によってカナダ標準フリーネス(CSF:ml)を測定した。
(6)金属合紙としてのクッション性、:金属合紙をステンレス箔の合紙として使用した場合のクッション性を2段階で評価した。
○:金属合紙をステンレス箔へ使用してもキズが全くなし
×:ステンレス箔に微細なキズが発生
(7)金属合紙の強度:金属合紙をステンレス箔と巻取るときの金属合紙の強度を2段階で評価した。
○:シワや破れが発生しない。
×:シワや破れが発生する。
原料パルプとして、LBKP(JIS P8121−2:2012に準拠して測定した叩解後のパルプフリーネス:240mlまたは380ml)とNUKP(JIS P8121−2:2012に準拠して測定した叩解後のパルプフリーネス:540ml)を下表に示す重量割合で配合し、パルプ(固形分)に対して、サイズ剤(アルケニルケテンダイマー:AKD)を固形分で0.20%、硫酸バンドを有姿で0.30%、乾燥紙力剤(ポリアクリルアミド:PAM)を固形分で0.10%添加して、原料となるパルプスラリーを調成した。

坪量が22.0〜55.0g/m2、密度が0.55〜0.70g/cm3、紙厚が38〜82μmであり、
JIS P8220−1:2012の規定に従って金属合紙を離解して得られるパルプスラリーについてJIS P8121−2:2012に基づいて測定した離解フリーネスが380〜600mlである、上記金属合紙。 - 湿紙をヤンキードライヤーで乾燥して製造される片艶の金属合紙である、請求項1に記載の金属合紙。
