Abstract
【解決手段】フレームアレスタ25が組み込まれるベース部材21が凹状体部31とフレームアレスタ25を軸方向に嵌合させる環状の嵌合保持部32とを有し、嵌合保持部32が突当て面32aと嵌合内周壁面32bとを有しており、フレームアレスタ25が、火炎抑制構造体26と、それを取り囲む外筒体27と、外筒体27の外周面と両端面を覆う弾性ホルダ部材51とで構成されており、弾性ホルダ部材51は、外筒体27に密着しつつ嵌合保持部32に嵌合する外周嵌合部52を有し、外周嵌合部52は、筒状壁部分52hと、筒状壁部分52hの外周面52eから径方向外方側および軸方向一方側に突出しつつ互いに離間する複数の環状のシールリップ52a、52b、52cとを有している。

Claims (4)
- 吸気通路に沿って延在しつつ該吸気通路の径方向に対向する樹脂製のベース部材およびカバー部材と、前記吸気通路上に位置するよう前記ベース部材の一端側部分に組み込まれる火炎抑制構造を有する消炎装置と、を備え、前記ベース部材の前記一端側部分が、略分割筒状の凹状体部と、前記凹状体部と一体に形成され、前記消炎装置を軸方向に突当て可能に嵌合させて保持する嵌合保持部と、を有する吸気マニホールドであって、
前記嵌合保持部が、前記消炎装置を前記凹状部材側から突当て可能な突当て面と、前記消炎装置を取り囲みつつ嵌合させる嵌合内周壁面と、を有するとともに、
前記消炎装置が、火炎抑制構造体と、該火炎抑制構造体の外周を取り囲む外筒体と、前記外筒体の外周面および両端面を覆う弾性ホルダ部材とによって構成されており、
前記弾性ホルダ部材が、前記外筒体の前記外周面に密着しつつ前記嵌合保持部に嵌合する外周嵌合部を有し、前記外周嵌合部は、前記外筒体の外周面に密着する筒状壁部分と、それぞれ前記筒状壁部分の外周面から径方向外方側および軸方向一方側に突出しつつ前記軸方向で互いに離間する複数の環状のリップ部と、を有していることを特徴とする吸気マニホールド。 - 前記弾性ホルダ部材が、前記火炎抑制構造体の一端側の開口部を取り囲みつつ前記嵌合保持部の前記円環板状の突当て面に突当て係合する一方側の突当て部と、前記火炎抑制構造体の他端側の開口部を取り囲みつつ前記ベース部材および前記カバー部材のうち少なくとも一方によって抜止め方向に押圧される他方側の突当て部とを、前記外周嵌合部と一体に有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の吸気マニホールド。
- 前記複数の環状のリップ部は、前記筒状壁部分の中心軸線に対するそれぞれの外周面側の傾斜角度がそれぞれの内周面側の傾斜角度より小さく設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の吸気マニホールド。
- 前記嵌合保持部に保持された前記消炎装置と前記ベース部材および前記カバー部材との間に介装され、前記嵌合保持部に対し前記消炎装置を抜け止めするとともに、前記火炎抑制構造体の下流側の開口部から前記ベース部材および前記カバー部材の内壁面まで段差なく連続する内周面を有する筒状の抜止め整流部材が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のうちいずれか1項に記載の吸気マニホールド。
