Abstract
Description
第一の工程は、石油系スラックワックス(以下、単に「原料油」ともいう。)を水素化分解して、重質分(炭素数30以上の炭化水素)とその水素化分解物(例えば、炭素数30未満の炭化水素)とを含む水素化分解油を得る工程である。
第二の工程は、第一の工程で得られた水素化分解油から潤滑油基油を得る工程である。第二の工程では、使用する製造装置の形態、所望の潤滑油基油の特性等に応じて水素化分解油を処理して、潤滑油基油を得ることができる。
脱蝋工程(A−1)は、第一の工程で得られた水素化分解油の水素化異性化脱蝋により脱蝋油を得る工程である。脱蝋工程(A−1)に供される水素化分解油は、重質分及びその水素化分解物を含む。第一の工程では、重質分の水素化分解により、ガス、ナフサ、灯軽油等の軽質留分が生じ得るが、脱蝋工程(A−1)に供される水素化分解油は、これらの軽質留分を含んでいてもよく、これらの軽質留分が除去されていてもよい。
本態様の水素化異性化脱蝋触媒は、特定の方法によって製造されることでその特徴が付与される。以下、本態様の水素化異性化脱蝋触媒について、その好ましい製造の態様に沿って説明する。

水素化精製工程(A−2)は、脱蝋工程(A−1)で得られた脱蝋油を水素化精製して、水素化精製油を得る工程である。水素化精製によって、例えば、脱蝋油中のオレフィン及び芳香族化合物が水素化され、潤滑油基油の酸化安定性及び色相が改善される。さらに、脱蝋油中の硫黄化合物が水素化されることにより、硫黄分の低減も期待される。
蒸留工程(A−3)は、水素化精製工程(A−2)で得られた水素化精製油を複数の留分に分留して、少なくとも一種の潤滑油基油を得る工程である。
第一の蒸留工程(B−1)では、第一の工程で得られた水素化分解油から、水素化分解物を含む基油留分を分留する。また、場合により、ガス、ナフサ、灯軽油等の軽質留分もさらに分留してよい。また、第一の蒸留工程(B−1)では、基油留分より重質な重質留分をさらに分留してよく、当該重質留分をボトム油として回収してもよい。
脱蝋工程(B−2)は、第一の蒸留工程で得られた基油留分を水素化異性化脱蝋して脱蝋油を得る工程である。脱蝋工程(B−2)における水素化異性化脱蝋は、例えば、水素の存在下、基油留分を水素化異性化触媒に接触させることにより行うことができる。
水素化精製工程(B−3)は、脱蝋工程(B−2)で得られた脱蝋油を水素化精製して、水素化精製油を得る工程である。水素化精製によって、例えば、脱蝋油中のオレフィン及び芳香族化合物が水素化され、潤滑油基油の酸化安定性及び色相が改善される。さらに、脱蝋油中の硫黄化合物が水素化されることにより、硫黄分の低減も期待される。
第二の蒸留工程(B−4)は、水素化精製工程(B−3)で得られた水素化精製油を分留して、少なくとも一種の潤滑油基油を得る工程である。
本実施形態に係る製造方法は、上述した第一の工程及び第二の工程以外の工程をさらに備えるものであってよい。
シリカジルコニア50質量%とアルミナバインダー50質量%の混合物に水を加えて粘土状に混練を行って捏和物を調製した。この捏和物を押出成型、乾燥、焼成して担体を調製した。この担体に含浸法でニッケル酸化物5重量%、モリブデン酸化物20重量%、リン酸化物3質量%を担持して、水素化分解触媒aを得た。
<ZSM−22ゼオライトの製造>
Si/Al比が45である結晶性アルミノシリケートからなるZSM−22ゼオライト(以下、「ZSM−22」ということがある。)を、以下の手順で水熱合成により製造した。 まず、下記の4種類の水溶液を調製した。
溶液A:1.94gの水酸化カリウムを6.75mLのイオン交換水に溶解したもの。
溶液B:1.33gの硫酸アルミニウム18水塩を5mLのイオン交換水に溶解したもの。
溶液C:4.18gの1,6−ヘキサンジアミン(有機テンプレート)を32.5mLのイオン交換水にて希釈したもの。
溶液D:18gのコロイダルシリカ(Grace Davison社製Ludox AS−40)を31mLのイオン交換水にて希釈したもの。
上記にて得られたZSM−22について、以下の操作によりアンモニウムイオンを含む水溶液でイオン交換処理を行った。
上記で得たNH4型ZSM−22と、バインダーであるアルミナとを質量比7:3にて混合し、ここに少量のイオン交換水を添加して混錬した。得られた粘ちょうな流体を押出成型機に充填、成型し、直径約1.6mm、長さ約10mmの円筒状の成型体を得た。この成型体を、窒素雰囲気下、300℃にて3時間加熱して、担体前駆体を得た。
テトラアンミンジニトロ白金[Pt(NH3)4](NO3)2を、担体前駆体のあらかじめ測定した吸水量に相当するイオン交換水に溶解して含浸溶液を得た。この溶液を、上記の担体前駆体に初期湿潤法により含浸し、ZSM−22ゼオライトの質量に対して、0.3質量%の白金量となるように担持を行った。次に、得られた含浸物(触媒前駆体)を60℃の乾燥中で一晩乾燥した後、空気流通下、400℃で3時間焼成して、カーボン量0.56質量%の水素化異性化脱蝋触媒bを得た。なお、水素化異性化触媒のカーボン量は、酸素気流中燃焼―赤外線吸収法(測定装置:株式会社堀場製作所EMIA−920V)により分析した。具体的には、酸素気流中で当該触媒bを燃焼し、赤外線吸収法にて炭素量の定量を行った。
VZ=Vc/Mz×100
式中、Vcは水素化異性化脱蝋触媒の単位質量当りのミクロ細孔容積を示し、Mzは触媒に含有されるゼオライトの含有割合(質量%)を示す。
シリカジルコニア50質量%とアルミナバインダー50質量%の混合物に水を加えて粘土状に混練を行って捏和物を調製した。この捏和物を押出成型、乾燥、焼成して担体を調製した。この担体に含浸法で白金0.3重量%、パラジウム0.3重量%を担持して、水素化精製触媒cを得た。
以下に、図1に示した潤滑油基油製造装置100を参照して実施例について説明する。
実施例1では、原料油として下記表1に記載した石油系スラックワックス1を用い、当該スラックワックスを反応温度368℃、水素分圧10MPa、液空間速度(LHSV)1.0h−1、水素/油比844Nm3/m3にて水素化分解した。水素化分解触媒には水素化分解触媒aを使用した。この水素化分解における重質分の分解率は、8.1%であった。
水素化分解条件、水素化異性化脱蝋条件、及び水素化精製条件を表2及び表4に記載したとおりに変更したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして連続200時間のプロセスを実施した。得られた潤滑油基油1〜3の性状及び各潤滑油基油の収率は表6に記載のとおりであった。
水素化分解条件、水素化異性化脱蝋条件、及び水素化精製条件を表3及び表5に記載したとおりに変更したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして連続200時間のプロセスを実施した。得られた潤滑油基油1〜3の性状及び各潤滑油基油の収率は表7に記載のとおりであった。
Claims (9)
- 炭素数30以上の重質分の含有割合が80質量%以上、且つ油分の含有割合が15質量%以下である石油系スラックワックスを、前記重質分の分解率が5〜30質量%となるように水素化分解して、前記重質分及びその水素化分解物を含む水素化分解油を得る第一の工程と、
前記水素化分解油から潤滑油基油を得る第二の工程と、
を備える、潤滑油基油の製造方法。 - 前記第二の工程が、
前記水素化分解油の水素化異性化脱蝋により脱蝋油を得る工程と、
前記脱蝋油の水素化精製により水素化精製油を得る工程と、
前記水素化精製油の蒸留により前記潤滑油基油を得る工程と、
を含む、請求項1に記載の製造方法。 - 前記第二の工程が、
前記水素化分解油の蒸留により、前記水素化分解物を含む基油留分を得る工程と、
前記基油留分の水素化異性化脱蝋により脱蝋油を得る工程と、
前記脱蝋油の水素化精製により水素化精製油を得る工程と、
前記水素化精製油の蒸留により前記潤滑油基油を得る工程と、
を含む、請求項1に記載の製造方法。 - 油分の含有割合が15質量%を超える高油分スラックワックスから、前記石油系スラックワックスを得る工程を更に備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記石油系スラックワックスにおける硫黄分の含有割合が0.0001〜3.0質量%である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記潤滑油基油の100℃における動粘度が、3.5mm2/s以上4.5mm2/s以下であり、
前記潤滑油基油の粘度指数が135以上である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。 - 前記第一の工程が、水素の存在下、前記石油系スラックワックスを水素化分解触媒に接触させて、前記石油系スラックワックスを水素化分解する工程であって、
前記水素化分解触媒が、アルミニウム、ケイ素、ジルコニウム、ホウ素、チタン及びマグネシウムからなる群より選択される二種以上の元素を含む多孔性無機酸化物と、該多孔性無機酸化物に担持された、周期表第6族、第8族、第9族及び第10族の元素から選択される一種以上の活性金属と、を含有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。 - 前記水素化異性化脱蝋が、水素化異性化脱蝋触媒を用いて行われ、
前記水素化異性化脱蝋触媒が、10員環一次元状細孔構造を有するゼオライト、及びバインダーを含む担体と、該担体に担持された白金及び/又はパラジウムと、を含有し、カーボン量が0.4〜3.5質量%である水素化異性化脱蝋触媒であり、
前記ゼオライトが、有機テンプレートを含有し10員環一次元状細孔構造を有する有機テンプレート含有ゼオライトの陽イオン交換体に由来するものである、請求項2又は3に記載の製造方法。 - 前記水素化異性化脱蝋が、水素化異性化脱蝋触媒を用いて行われ、
前記水素化異性化脱蝋触媒が、10員環一次元状細孔構造を有するゼオライト、及びバインダーを含む担体と、該担体に担持された白金及び/又はパラジウムと、を含有し、ミクロ細孔容積が0.02〜0.12ml/gである水素化異性化脱蝋触媒であり、
前記ゼオライトが、有機テンプレートを含有し10員環一次元状細孔構造を有する有機テンプレート含有ゼオライトの陽イオン交換体に由来するものであり、前記ゼオライトの単位質量当りのミクロ細孔容積が0.01〜0.12ml/gである、請求項2又は3に記載の製造方法。
