Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態に係るゴム製の空気入りタイヤ(以下、タイヤという)1を示す。タイヤ1は、トラック、バスのような車両で使用される重荷重用の空気入りラジアルタイヤである。また、タイヤ1は、扁平率70%以下の扁平タイヤである。扁平率はタイヤ断面最大幅Wtに対するタイヤ断面最大高さHtの比率として定義される。より具体的には、本実施形態におけるタイヤ1のサイズ(ISO方式による表記)は、445/50R22.5である。
図5は、本発明の第2実施形態に係るタイヤ1における、トレッド部2の踏面に形成されたトレッドパターンを示す。

Claims (10)
- カーカスとトレッド部との間に配置されたベルト層を備える空気入りタイヤであって、
前記ベルト層は、第1の主作用ベルトと、前記第1の主作用ベルトのタイヤ径方向外側に配置され、前記第1の主作用ベルトのコード角度とはタイヤ周方向に対する向きが異なるコード角度を有する第2の主作用ベルトと、補強ベルトとを備え、
前記補強ベルトのコード角度の絶対値は、6度以上9度以下であり、
前記補強ベルトのコード角度と、前記トレッド部の踏面に形成されたトレッドパターンに含まれる主溝のうち前記タイヤ周方向の長さが最長である要素が前記タイヤ周方向となす角度である代表主溝角度とは、タイヤ周方向に対する向きが互いに異なる、空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記トレッドパターンはリブパターンであり、
前記補強ベルトの前記コード角度をθr(度)、前記代表主溝角度をθmg(度)とすると、−8<θr+θg<8を満たす、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記トレッドパターンはブロックパターンであり、
前記補強ベルトの前記コード角度をθr(度)、前記代表主溝角度をθmg(度)とすると、−18<θr+θg<8を満たす、請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記補強ベルトの幅は、タイヤ断面幅の50%以上であって、前記第1及び第2の主作用ベルトのうち狭幅のものよりも狭い、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記補強ベルトは、前記第1の主作用ベルトと前記第2の主作用ベルトとの間に配置されている、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記第1及び第2の主作用ベルトのコード角度の絶対値は20±10度である、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記第1及び第2の主作用ベルトのコード角度の絶対値は17±5度である、請求項6に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ベルト層は、前記第2の主作用ベルトのタイヤ径方向外側に配置された保護ベルトをさらに備える、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ベルト層は、前記第1の主作用ベルトのタイヤ径方向内側に配置された緩衝ベルトをさらに備える、請求項8に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 扁平率70%以下で断面幅の呼びが365以上である、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
