Abstract
Description
表1に示すPVP0.05g、所定量の純水(0gを含む)、硝酸銀0.2g、及び所定量のDMFを容器内に仕込み、混合液Mを調整した。次いで、混合液Mを反応温度100℃まで昇温後、回転速度400rpmで攪拌しつつ、2時間反応を行った。反応後、室温まで冷却して、析出物を遠心分離機により単離した。次いで、単離した析出物を、水を用いて3回又は4回洗浄して、銀粒子を得た。
実施例4、5は、PVPの量が異なる以外は、実施例2、3と同じ条件の下で実施した。具体的には、表2に示すように、PVP0.2gを混合液Mに添加した。得られた銀粒子のサイズの測定結果を表2に併記する。また、得られた銀粒子のSEM像を図6、図7に示す。図6は実施例4のSEM像を示し、図7は実施例5のSEM像を示す。
純水を使用しない条件の下、表3に示す所定量のPVP、硝酸銀0.2g、及びDMF30gを容器内に仕込み、混合液Mを調整した。次いで、混合液Mを反応温度150℃まで昇温した。これ以降の処理は、実施例1〜3と同様に実施した。得られた銀粒子のサイズの測定結果を表3に併記する。また、得られた銀粒子のSEM像を図8、図9に示す。図8は実施例6のSEM像を示し、図9は比較例2のSEM像を示す。
実施例7は、反応温度が異なる以外は、実施例3と同じ条件の下で実施した。具体的には、表4に示すように、反応温度150℃の下で反応を行った。得られた銀粒子のサイズの測定結果を表4に併記する。また、得られた銀粒子のSEM像を図10に示す。
表5に示すPVP0.2g、純水20g、硝酸銀0.2g、及びDMF30gを容器内に仕込み、混合液Mを調整した。次いで、混合液Mを所定の反応温度まで昇温した。これ以降の処理は、実施例1〜3と同様に実施した。得られた銀粒子のサイズの測定結果を表5に併記する。また、得られた銀粒子のSEM像を図11〜図13に示す。図11は実施例8のSEM像を示し、図12は実施例9のSEM像を示し、図13は比較例3のSEM像を示す。
表6に示すPVP0.25g、所定量の純水、硝酸銀1.1g、及び所定量のDMFを容器内に仕込み、混合液Mを調整した。次いで、混合液Mを反応温度100℃まで昇温した。これ以降の処理は、実施例1〜3と同様に実施した。得られた銀粒子のサイズの測定結果を表6に併記する。また、得られた銀粒子のSEM像を図14、図15に示す。図14は実施例10のSEM像を示し、図15は実施例11のSEM像を示す。
表7に示すPVP0.25g、純水100g、硝酸銀1.1g、及びDMF150gを容器内に仕込み、混合液Mを調整した。次いで、混合液Mを反応温度100℃まで昇温後、回転速度400rpmで攪拌しつつ、2時間反応を行った。反応後、室温まで冷却して、析出物を遠心分離機により単離した。次いで、単離した析出物を、水を用いて3回又は4回洗浄した後、エタノール中に分散させて銀ペーストを得た。次いで、得られた銀ペーストを表8に示す所定の焼成温度で30分焼成した後、体積抵抗率を測定した。測定結果を表8に併記する。また、焼成温度150℃で焼成した銀ペーストのSEM像(実施例14)を図16(a)に示す。図16(b)は、図16(a)の一部を拡大して示す。同様に、焼成温度180℃で焼成した銀ペーストのSEM像(実施例15)を図17(a)に示し、焼成温度200℃で焼成した銀ペーストのSEM像(実施例16)を図18(a)に示す。図17(b)は図17(a)の一部を拡大して示し、図18(b)は図18(a)の一部を拡大して示す。
表9に示すPVP0.25g、純水150g、硝酸銀1.1g、及びDMF100gを容器内に仕込み、混合液Mを調整した。次いで、混合液Mを反応温度100℃まで昇温後、回転速度400rpmで攪拌しつつ、2時間反応を行った。反応後、室温まで冷却して、析出物を遠心分離機により単離した。次いで、単離した析出物を、水を用いて3回又は4回洗浄した後、エタノール中に分散させて銀ペーストを得た。次いで、得られた銀ペーストの剪断強度試験を行って、銀ペーストの接合強度を調べた。

Claims (15)
- 少なくとも銀化合物、還元剤、及び分散剤を混合した混合液を得る工程と、
前記混合液を加熱して前記銀化合物と前記還元剤とを反応させ、シート状又は板状の第1銀粒子、及び、前記第1銀粒子と比べて球形に近い形状又は球形の形状を有し且つ前記第1銀粒子の一辺の長さの最大値と比べて粒子径が小さい第2銀粒子を生成する工程と
を包含する銀粒子製造方法。 - 前記混合液が液相を保持する条件下で前記銀化合物と前記還元剤とを反応させる、請求項1に記載の銀粒子製造方法。
- 前記還元剤がN,N−ジメチルホルムアミドである、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の銀粒子製造方法。
- 前記混合液は純水を更に含む、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の銀粒子製造方法。
- 大気圧下で前記銀化合物と前記還元剤とを反応させる、請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の銀粒子製造方法。
- 多角形の外形を有するシート状又は板状の第1銀粒子と、
前記第1銀粒子と比べて球形に近い形状又は球形の形状を有し且つ前記第1銀粒子の一辺の長さの最大値と比べて粒子径が小さい第2銀粒子と
を含み、
前記第1銀粒子の一辺の長さの平均値が100nm以上800nm以下であり、
前記第2銀粒子の粒子径の平均値が、10nm以上100nm以下である、銀粒子。 - 前記第1銀粒子の一辺の長さが10nm以上800nm以下である、請求項6に記載の銀粒子。
- 前記第1銀粒子の外形が、三角形又は六角形である、請求項6又は請求項7に記載の銀粒子。
- 外形が三角形の前記第1銀粒子の一辺の長さの最大値が、50nm以上である、請求項8に記載の銀粒子。
- 外形が六角形の前記第1銀粒子の一辺の長さの最大値が、30nm以上である、請求項8又は請求項9に記載の銀粒子。
- 前記第2銀粒子の粒子径が、20nm以上300nm以下である、請求項6〜請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の銀粒子。
- 前記第2銀粒子の粒子径が、150nm以下である、請求項11に記載の銀粒子。
- 前記第1銀粒子の厚みが、10nm以上100nm以下である、請求項6〜請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の銀粒子。
- 前記第1銀粒子の厚みが、30nm以下である、請求項13に記載の銀粒子。
- 請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の方法により製造される銀粒子、又は請求項6〜請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の銀粒子を含む、銀ペースト。
