Claims (1)
- 半導体素子を収容した平板型のパワーモジュールと、
平板型の複数の冷却器が平行に配置されており、隣接する冷却器の間に前記パワーモジュールが挟まれている積層ユニットと、
を備えており、
前記パワーモジュールは、前記冷却器の積層方向と直交する方向に延びており、前記パワーモジュールの内部の半導体素子と導通している平板状の端子を備えており、
前記冷却器は、前記端子と対向するように延びている金属板を備えており、
前記金属板は、前記冷却器から前記端子に沿って延びており、続いてU字に湾曲して前記冷却器に向けて延びており、U字の湾曲より先の部分が前記端子に近接していることを特徴とする電力変換装置。
