Claims (9)
- スイッチング素子と、
前記スイッチング素子のコレクタ側に接続されるコレクタ側配線と、
前記スイッチング素子のエミッタ側に接続されるエミッタ側配線と、
前記コレクタ側配線または前記エミッタ側配線に電流が流れるときに前記コレクタ側配線または前記エミッタ側配線に生じる誘起電圧を検出する検出部と、
前記検出部にて検出した誘起電圧と、予め定めた所定閾値電圧とを比較する比較部と、
を備えることを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電力変換装置において、
前記エミッタ側配線に生じる誘起電圧の検出は、前記エミッタ側配線における前記スイッチング素子の前記エミッタ側のエミッタ検出点と、前記エミッタ側配線における前記エミッタ検出点より電位が低い第1検出点との間で行われることを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電力変換装置において、
前記コレクタ側配線に生じる誘起電圧の検出は、前記コレクタ側配線における前記スイッチング素子の前記コレクタ側のコレクタ検出点と、前記コレクタ側配線における前記コレクタ検出点より電位が高い第2検出点との間で行われることを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電力変換装置において、
前記コレクタ側配線に生じる誘起電圧の検出は、前記コレクタ側配線における前記スイッチング素子の前記コレクタ側のコレクタ検出点よりも電位が高い第2検出点と、前記スイッチング素子のエミッタ検出点との間で行われることを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の電力変換装置において、
前記比較部の比較結果に基づいて所定の信号を出力する出力部を備えることを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 請求項5に記載の電力変換装置において、
前記出力部は、前記誘起電圧が前記所定閾値電圧より大きいとき前記信号を出力することを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 請求項5または請求項6に記載の電力変換装置において、
前記スイッチング素子のゲート電圧をモニタするゲートモニタ回路を備え、
前記ゲートモニタ回路により測定した前記ゲート電圧が前記スイッチング素子のオン閾値電圧未満のとき、前記信号をマスクすることを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の電力変換装置において、
電源とグランドとの間に上アームスイッチング素子と下アームスイッチング素子とが直列に接続されるインバータアームを含み、
前記上アームスイッチング素子の前記エミッタ側配線に生じる前記誘起電圧に基づいて前記上アームスイッチング素子に流れる電流が短絡電流か否かの検出を行う上アーム短絡電流検出部、または、
前記下アームスイッチング素子の前記エミッタ側配線に生じる前記誘起電圧に基づいて前記下アームスイッチング素子に流れる電流が短絡電流か否かの検出を行う下アーム短絡電流検出部の少なくとも1つを備えることを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 請求項1または請求項3または請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の電力変換装置において、
電源とグランドとの間に上アームスイッチング素子と下アームスイッチング素子とが直列に接続されるインバータアームを含み、
前記上アームスイッチング素子の前記コレクタ側配線に生じる前記誘起電圧に基づいて前記上アームスイッチング素子に流れる電流が短絡電流か否かの検出を行う上アーム短絡電流検出部、または、
前記下アームスイッチング素子の前記コレクタ側配線に生じる前記誘起電圧に基づいて前記下アームスイッチング素子に流れる電流が短絡電流か否かの検出を行う下アーム短絡電流検出部の少なくとも1つを備えることを特徴とする電力変換装置。
