Abstract
Description
本発明の固定構造の変形例について説明する。本変形例に係る固定構造と上記の固定構造との主たる相違点は、固定部の構成およびその形成方法にある。具体的には、(1)貫通孔を有しないアウターキャップを用いた点、(2)アウターキャップの表面を針状部材で押圧することで変形させ、前記端末部材から前記筒状部材へと、硬質部材を前記筒状部材の外周に入り込ませて形成された固定部を用いた点、を主たる変更点とする。その他の点は、上記の実施形態に係る固定構造と同様であるので、説明を省略し、以下、固定構造の形成方法について説明し、併せて固定部の構成について説明する。

Claims (5)
- 少なくとも端部が中空の筒状部材と、前記端部に取り付けられた端末部材と、を備え、
前記端末部材の外側から前記筒状部材まで到達する固定部を複数有する固定構造であって、
前記固定部は、前記筒状部材の肉厚の厚み方向と交差する方向に延び、前記筒状部材の幅方向の一方側と他方側とに設けられた固定構造。 - 前記固定部が、前記端末部材の外周面から前記筒状部材に向けて延びる穴部と、前記端末部材から前記筒状部材へと、前記筒状部材の外周に入り込んだ硬質部材とにより形成された請求項1に記載の固定構造。
- 少なくとも一の前記固定部の延びる方向が、前記筒状部材の横断面における中心を通る軸線と略平行である請求項2に記載の固定構造。
- 前記固定部は、互いに同方向、かつ平行に延びる請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の固定構造。
- インナーケーブルと、請求項1から4に記載の固定構造と、を有し、前記筒状部材が、前記インナーケーブルが挿通されるアウターケーシングであり、前記端末部材がアウターキャップであるコントロールケーブル。
