Abstract
【解決手段】水酸基を持つ水希釈性ポリウレタン樹脂10〜30重量%、水分散性ポリウレタン樹脂20〜40重量%、硬化剤5〜20重量%、体質顔料3〜10重量%、湿潤剤0.1〜5.0重量%、スリップ剤0.1〜3.0重量%、消泡剤0.1〜2.0重量%、硬化促進剤0.01〜2.00重量%、光安定剤0.5〜5.0重量%、増粘剤0.1〜3.0重量%、及び溶剤20〜40重量%を含むことを特徴とする。

Description
水酸基を持つ水希釈性ポリウレタン樹脂:前記製造例1によって製造された水希釈性ポリウレタン樹脂を使った。
硬化剤:親水性ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートトリマー
体質顔料:シリカ(SiO2)
湿潤剤:ポリジメチルシロキサン
スリップ剤:ポリシロキサンポリエーテルコポリマー
消泡剤:ポリオキシエチレン脂肪酸エステル
促進剤:ジブチルスズジラウレート
光安定剤:UV吸収剤とHALS(Hindered Amine Light Stabilizer)混用
増粘剤:ポリウレタン
Claims (12)
- 水酸基を持つ水希釈性ポリウレタン樹脂10〜30重量%、水分散性ポリウレタン樹脂20〜40重量%、硬化剤5〜20重量%、体質顔料3〜10重量%、湿潤剤0.1〜5.0重量%、スリップ剤0.1〜3.0重量%、消泡剤0.1〜2.0重量%、硬化促進剤0.01〜2.00重量%、光安定剤0.5〜5.0重量%、増粘剤0.1〜3.0重量%、及び溶剤20〜40重量%を含むことを特徴とする、高弾性水性接着剤組成物。
- 前記水酸基を持つ水希釈性ポリウレタン樹脂は、a)平均官能基の数が2以上であるイソシアネート、b)平均官能基の数が2以上である親水性ポリオール、c)ポリエステルポリオール、d)溶剤、及びe)中和剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高弾性水性接着剤組成物。
- 前記水酸基を持つ水希釈性ポリウレタン樹脂は、a)前記平均官能基の数が2以上であるイソシアネート1〜10重量%、b)前記平均官能基の数が2以上である親水性ポリオール1〜10重量%、c)前記ポリエステルポリオール55〜80重量%、d)前記溶剤5〜20重量%、及びe)前記中和剤1〜5重量%を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の高弾性水性接着剤組成物。
- 前記平均官能基の数が2以上であるイソシアネートは、トルエンジイソシアネート、4,4−ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、イソホロンジイソシアネート、ジシクロヘキシルメタンジイソシアネート及びこれらから誘導された多官能性イソシアネートからなる群から選択された1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の高弾性水性接着剤組成物。
- 前記平均官能基の数が2以上である親水性ポリオールは、ジメチルプロピオン酸、ジメチルブタン酸、ポリオキシエチレングリコール、測鎖にカルボキシル基を含むポリカプロラクトンジオール、測鎖にスルホン酸基を持つポリエーテルジオール及び測鎖にアルコキシ基で置換されたポリオキシエチレン基を持つポリオールからなる群から選択された1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の高弾性水性接着剤組成物。
- 前記ポリエステルポリオールは、重量平均分子量が、500〜5000であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の高弾性水性接着剤組成物。
- 前記溶剤は、N−メチルピロリドン、アセトン、メチルエチルケトン、ジメチルホルムアミド、グリコールエーテルエステル及び水素化フランからなる群から選択された1種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の高弾性水性接着剤組成物。
- 前記中和剤は、N−メチルジエタノールアミン、トリエタノールアミン又はこれらの混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の高弾性水性接着剤組成物。
- 前記水分散性ポリウレタン樹脂は、ポリアクリルポリオール、ポリエステルポリオール及びポリカーボネートポリオールからなる群から選択された1種以上のポリオールを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高弾性水性接着剤組成物。
- 自動車内装材用プラスチック成形品の表面処理方法であって、
プラスチック成形品上に請求項1〜9のいずれか一項の高弾性水性接着剤組成物を塗布した後、パイルを塗装するフュージョンスエード加工工程を含むことを特徴とする、自動車内装材用プラスチック成形品の表面処理方法。 - 前記高弾性水性接着剤組成物は、30〜40μmの厚さに塗布することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の自動車内装材用プラスチック成形品の表面処理方法。
- 前記パイルは、ナイロン/ポリエステル分割糸であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の自動車内装材用プラスチック成形品の表面処理方法。
