Claims (15)
- 流体噴射プリントヘッドであって、
複数の液滴噴射要素に流体を供給するための流体供給スロットと、
前記流体供給スロットの第1の側にある第1のリブであって、前記複数の液滴噴射要素からの前記流体の液滴の噴射を制御するための液滴噴射回路を支持する第1のリブと、
前記第1の側とは反対側の前記流体供給スロットの第2の側にある第2のリブであって、前記第1のリブの温度の決定を容易にするための温度センサーを支持する第2のリブ
を備える流体噴射プリントヘッド。 - 前記第1のリブの幅は前記第2のリブの幅よりも広い、請求項1の流体噴射プリントヘッド。
- 前記流体供給スロットは、前記第1のリブと前記第2のリブの間に配置される、請求項1の流体噴射プリントヘッド。
- 前記複数の液滴噴射要素は、前記第1のリブの上にある第1の複数の液滴噴射要素と、前記第2のリブの上にある第2の複数の液滴噴射要素とを含む、請求項1の流体噴射プリントヘッド。
- 前記液滴噴射回路は、前記第1の複数の液滴噴射要素及び前記第2の複数の液滴噴射要素からの液滴の噴射を制御することができる、請求項4の装置。
- 前記複数の液滴噴射要素は、前記液滴噴射要素の複数の列を含み、前記液滴噴射要素の第1の列は前記第1のリブの上に配置され、前記液滴噴射要素の第2の列は前記第2のリブの上に配置される、請求項1の装置。
- 前記温度センサーは温度検出抵抗器を備える、請求項1の装置。
- 前記温度検出抵抗器は、前記第2のリブの長さ方向に沿って延びる複数の細長い部分と前記第2のリブの幅方向に沿って延びる複数の移行領域とを有する蛇行形状の構造を有する、請求項7の装置。
- プリントヘッドとコントローラを備える流体噴射装置であって、
前記プリントヘッドは、
複数の液滴噴射要素と、
複数の液滴噴射要素からの液滴の噴射を制御するための液滴噴射回路を有する第1のリブと温度センサーを有する第2のリブとを備える基板と、
前記第1のリブと前記第2のリブの間に配置されて、前記複数の液滴噴射要素に流体を供給するための流体供給スロット
を備え、
前記コントローラは、前記温度センサーによって前記第2のリブにおいて検出された温度に少なくとも部分的に基づいて前記第1のリブの温度を決定し、及び、該決定された温度に少なくとも部分的に基づいて前記プリントヘッドの制御動作を決定することからなる、流体噴射装置。 - 前記流体供給スロットは前記基板の中心からはずれている、請求項9の流体噴射装置。
- 前記複数の液滴噴射要素は、前記第1のリブの上の第1の複数の液滴噴射要素と前記第2のリブの上の第2の複数の液滴噴射要素を含み、前記液滴噴射回路は、前記第1の複数の液滴噴射要素及び前記第2の複数の液滴噴射要素からの液滴の噴射を制御することができる、請求項9の流体噴射装置。
- 前記第1のリブには温度センサーがない、請求項9の流体噴射装置。
- プリントヘッドダイ内の流体供給スロットによって複数の液滴噴射要素に流体を供給するステップと、
前記流体供給スロットの第1の側にある、前記プリントヘッドダイの第1のリブ上に配置された液滴噴射回路によって、前記複数の液滴噴射要素からの液滴の噴射を制御するステップと、
前記第1の側とは反対側の前記流体供給スロットの第2の側にある、前記プリントヘッドダイの第2のリブ上に配置された温度センサーによって前記第1のリブの温度を検出するステップ
を含む方法。 - 前記第1のリブの温度を検出する前記ステップが、前記温度センサーによって前記第2のリブの温度を検出することと、前記第2のリブの前記温度に少なくとも部分的に基づいて前記第1のリブの温度を決定することを含む、請求項13の方法。
- 前記複数の液滴噴射要素に流体を供給する前記ステップが、前記第1のリブの上の第1の複数の液滴噴射要素及び前記第2のリブの上の第2の複数の液滴噴射要素に前記流体を供給することを含み、
液滴の噴射を制御する前記ステップが、前記第2のリブの温度に少なくとも部分的に基づいて、前記第1の複数の液滴噴射要素からの液滴の噴射を制御することを含むことからなる、請求項13の方法。
