Description
−被覆管壁の厚さ、最大0.6mm、好ましくは0.4mm;
−リブの高さ、0.55mmから0.85mmの間、好ましくは0.75mm;
−開き角度、22°から40°の間、好ましくは30°;
−頂部における角3の曲率半径、0.2mmから0.35mmの間、好ましくは0.2mm;
−底部におけるフィレット4の半径、0.55mmから0.9mmの間、好ましくは0.7mm。
燃料被覆管を製造するために、鉄鋼EP823−SHから製造したビレットの冷間圧延によって、4つのらせん形リブを有する管を製作した。

Claims (11)
- 重液体金属冷却材を用いる反応炉のための燃料要素の被覆管であって、前記被覆管は、前記要素の外側面に位置するらせん形リブを有する一体圧延管状要素として設計され、GOST5639基準で7未満のフェライト粒度を有するフェライト−マルテンサイト系クロムケイ素鋼から製造し、各前記リブの開き角度は、22°から40°の間であり、前記リブの断面形状は台形であり、前記台形の頂部に丸みのある角を有し、前記台形の基部に平滑な角を有する、被覆管。
- 前記被覆管は、10wt%から12wt%の間のクロム含量、1.0wt%から1.3wt%の間のケイ素含量を有する鉄鋼から製造される、請求項1に記載の被覆管。
- 前記被覆管は、等しく離間した4つのらせん形リブを有する、請求項1に記載の被覆管。
- 各前記リブは、少なくとも0.75mmの高さ、最大0.6mmの壁厚さ、及び30°から40°の間の開き角度を有する、請求項3に記載の被覆管。
- 前記リブの断面形状は台形であり、前記台形の頂部に、曲率半径が0.2〜0.35mmである丸みのある角を有する、請求項1に記載の被覆管。
- 前記リブの断面形状は台形であり、前記台形の基部に、フィレット半径が0.55〜0.9mmである平滑な角を有する、請求項1に記載の被覆管。
- 重液体金属冷却材を用いる反応炉のための燃料棒であって、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一項に従って製造し両端をプラグで封止した被覆管、及び前記被覆管の内部に置いた核燃料を備える、燃料棒。
- 重液体金属冷却材を用いる反応炉のための燃料集合体であって、基本フレーム構造体、前記基本フレーム構造体に据え付けた少なくとも1つの保持格子、及び請求項7に従って製造し前記保持格子に固定した燃料棒を備える燃料集合体。
- 前記燃料棒の離間は、「リブ間」に基づき実行される、請求項8に記載の燃料集合体。
- 前記集合体は、前記フレームの頂部及び底部に位置する2つの保持格子を備える、請求項8に記載の燃料集合体。
- 前記フレーム構造体は、管として設計される、請求項8に記載の燃料集合体。
