Abstract
Description

本発明に従って、水素リッチ改質油の生成のための改質器であって、前記改質器は、外側表面と内側表面を有する空間を制限する壁を備える少なくとも一つの改質器反応器ユニット、前記壁の少なくとも一セクションと前記壁によって制限され、改質反応ゾーンを画定する空間、インレット端とガス状改質反応物の流れの前記改質反応ゾーンへの流入のための関連するインレット、アウトレット端と前記改質反応ゾーンで生成された水素リッチ改質油の流出のための関連するアウトレットを備え、前記改質反応ゾーンに対応する前記壁の少なくとも前記セクションは、前記セクションの構造成分として機能するペロブスカイトを備え、そのような壁セクションは、ガス状改質反応物が前記壁の中に拡散できる且つ水素リッチ改質油が壁から拡散できるようにガス透過可能である改質器が提供される。

Claims (21)
- 外側表面と内側表面を有する空間を制限する壁を備える少なくとも一つの改質器反応器ユニット、前記壁の少なくとも一セクションと前記壁によって制限され、改質反応ゾーンを画定する空間、インレット端とガス状改質反応物の流れの前記改質反応ゾーンへの流入のための関連するインレット、アウトレット端と前記改質反応ゾーンで生成された水素リッチ改質油の流出のための関連するアウトレットを備え、前記改質反応ゾーンに対応する前記壁の少なくとも前記セクションは、前記セクションの構造成分として機能するペロブスカイトを備え、そのような壁セクションは、ガス状改質反応物が前記壁の中に拡散できる且つ水素リッチ改質油が壁から拡散できるようにガス透過可能である改質器。
- 触媒改質器であり、前記ペロブスカイトはまた改質触媒として存在する請求項1に記載の改質器。
- CPOX改質器であり、前記ペロブスカイトはまたCPOX触媒として存在する請求項1又は2に記載の改質器。
- 複数の改質器反応器ユニットを備え、各反応器ユニットが、開口ガス流通路を画定する管状構成を有する請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の改質器。
- 複数の触媒改質器反応器ユニットを備え、各反応器ユニットは、開口ガス流通路を画定する管状構成を有し、且つ前記ペロブスカイトが、また、改質触媒として存在する請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の改質器。
- 複数のCPOX改質器反応器ユニットを備え、各反応器ユニットは、開口ガス流通路を画定する管状構成を有し、且つ前記ペロブスカイトが、また、CPOX触媒として存在する請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の改質器。
- 前記ペロブスカイトは、前記改質反応ゾーンに対応する前記壁の少なくとも前記セクションの前記構造体の少なくとも20重量パーセントを備える請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の改質器。
- 前記ペロブスカイトは、前記改質反応ゾーンに対応する前記壁の少なくとも前記セクションの前記構造体の少なくとも50重量パーセントを備える請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の改質器。
- 前記ペロブスカイトは、前記改質反応ゾーンに対応する前記壁の少なくとも前記セクションの前記構造体の80〜100重量パーセントを備える請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の改質器。
- 前記改質反応ゾーンに対応する前記壁の少なくとも前記セクションは、金属、セラミック、耐火バインダ及びペロブスカイト以外の改質触媒からなる群から選択される少なくとも一つの成分を備える請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載の改質器。
- 水素バリアが、前記改質反応ゾーンに対応する前記壁の少なくとも前記セクションの前記外側表面に取り付けられる請求項1〜10の何れか1項に記載の改質器。
- 水素バリアが、前記改質反応ゾーンに対応する前記壁の少なくとも前記セクションの前記外側表面に取り付けられる請求項1〜11の何れか1項に記載の改質器。
- 水素バリアが、各改質器反応器の改質反応ゾーンに対応する前記各改質器反応器の前記壁の少なくとも前記セクションの前記外側表面に取り付けられる請求項1〜12の何れか1項に記載の改質器。
- 水素バリアが、各改質器反応器ユニットの改質反応ゾーンに対応する前記各改質器反応器ユニットの前記壁の少なくとも前記セクションの前記外側表面に取り付けられる請求項1〜13の何れか1項に記載の改質器。
- 水素バリアが、各改質器反応器ユニットの改質反応ゾーンに対応する前記各改質器反応器ユニットの前記壁の少なくとも前記セクションの前記外側表面に取り付けられる請求項1〜14の何れか1項に記載の改質器。
- 水素バリアが、各改質器反応器ユニットの改質反応ゾーンに対応する前記各改質器反応器ユニットの前記壁の少なくとも前記セクションの前記外側表面に取り付けられる請求項1〜15の何れか1項に記載の改質器。
- 前記ペロブスカイトは、LaNiO3、LaCоO3、LaCrO3、LaFeO3及びLaMnO3よりなる群から選択される少なくとも一つの要素である請求項1〜16の何れか1項に記載の改質器。
- 前記ペロブスカイト改質触媒は、xとyが0.01から0.5の範囲の数である、La1−xCexFe2O3、LaCr1−yRuyO3、La1−xSrxAl1−yRuyO3及びLa1−xSrxFe2O3よりなる群から選択される少なくとも一つの要素である請求項1〜17の何れか1項に記載の改質器。
- 前記ペロブスカイトは、ランタンストロンチウムマンガナイト、ランタンストロンチウムフェライト、ランタンストロンチウムコバルトフェライト、ランタンカルシウムマンガナイト、ランタンストロンチウムクロマイト及びランタンストロンチウムガラートマグネサイトからなる群から選択される少なくとも一つの要素である請求項1〜18の何れか1項に記載の改質器。
- 一つのCPOX改質器反応器ユニットは、前記反応器ユニットの前記インレットから前記CPOX反応ゾーンに延在し且つ改質触媒が実質的に無い第1の領域と前記第1の領域との境界から前記反応器ユニットの前記アウトレットに又は前記アウトレットの近くに延在する第2の領域の二つの領域に分割され、前記CPOX反応ゾーンに対応する前記第2の領域の壁セクションのみが構造成分としてペロブスカイトを備える請求項1〜19の何れか1項に記載の改質器。
- アノードコンポーネント、電解質コンポーネント、カソードコンポーネント及び前記アノードコンポーネントに隣接する改質器コンポーネントを有する管状固体酸化物燃料セルである請求項1〜20の何れか1項に記載の改質器。
