Abstract
Description
− 展開された筒状基礎部材を供給すること、
− 基礎部材を延伸要素を有するマンドレルに押しつけること、
− 開口部を有するダイス型を供給すること、
− 追加の包装部品をマンドレルに供給すること、
− 接合熱を導入すること、
− シールジョーの接触領域に、連続した外側輪郭を形成するため、延伸要素を展開することにより基礎部材と追加の包装部品とをダイス型に対し押しつけること、
− 基礎部材と追加の包装部品とを接合すること、
− 延伸要素を折り畳むこと、
− ダイス型を取除くこと、および
− 基礎部材と追加の包装部品とを備えるユニットを取除くこと。
Claims (22)
- 特に複合板/プラスチック素材のブランクで形成される筒状基礎部材(11)と、前記上部包装部分または包装基台を形成する追加の包装部品(12)との、2つが部分的に重なる包装部品(11、12)の前記液密なシールのためのデバイスであって、少なくとも1つのマンドレル(D)および1つのダイス型(M)を有し、
前記マンドレル(D)は、前記筒状基礎部材(11)の摺動を容易にするために前記断面を縮小するため、前記作動位置から相互に向かって休止位置へ動かされる、少なくとも2つの延伸要素(1A、1B、1C、1D)を有し、前記延伸要素(1A、1B、1C、1D)が有するシールジョー(2A、2B、2C、2D)は、前記作動位置において、前記ダイス型(M)の開口部(8)により形成される内側輪郭(IK)に対応する閉じた外周輪郭(AK)を形成し、前記内側輪郭(IK)と前記外側輪郭(AK)との間には、前記包装部品(11、12)の前記重なる領域(13)と、共通の基体(5)上に各回動可能に配置されている前記延伸要素(1A、1B、1C、1D)とに、内側から押圧力を加えるための狭い環状間隙が残っているデバイスであって、
各延伸要素(1A、1B、1C、1D)は、前記休止位置と作動位置との間での前記それぞれの延伸要素(1A、1B、1C、1D)の正確な回動を可能にする、少なくとも1つの耐捩り板バネ要素(4A、4B、4C、4D)に固定されていることを特徴とする、デバイス。 - 前記板バネ要素(4A、4B、4C、4D)は、実質的には垂直に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 追加の板バネ要素(4’)は、水平に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のデバイス。
- 追加の板バネ要素(4’)は、各々の場合に2つの対向する延伸要素(1A、1Bまたは1C、1D)の間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記板バネ要素(4A、4B、4C、4D)は、前記延伸要素(1A、1B、1C、1D)の下部において固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 追加の板バネ要素(4”)は、前記延伸要素(1A、1B、1C、1D)の上部において固定され、前記下部自由端部が、心出し要素(10)に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記心出し要素(10)は、前記追加の板バネ要素(4”)によってのみ保持されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 前記板バネ要素は、前記延伸要素の全長に前記シールジョーまで延びることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記延伸要素(1A、1B、1C、1D)は、少なくとも前記シールジョー(2A、2B、2C、2D)の領域において、磁石接極子(3A、3B、3C、3D)として設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ダイス型(M)は、前記開口部(8)の全周にわたり一体に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ダイス型(M)は、1つまたは複数の磁気コイル(9)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ダイス型は、前記接合熱を導入する要素を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 少なくとも1つの超音波ソノトロードが、前記ダイス型の領域に前記接合熱を導入するための要素として備えられ、前記シールジョーが、本例ではアンビルの役をすることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のデバイス。
- 熱風開口部が、前記ダイス型内および/または前記シールジョー内に前記接合熱を導入するための要素として備えられることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のデバイス。
- 特に複合板/プラスチック素材のブランクで形成される筒状基礎部材(11)と、前記上部包装部分または包装基台を形成する追加の包装部品(12)との、2つが部分的に重なる包装部品(11、12)の前記液密なシールのための方法であって、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のデバイスを使用し、
次の各ステップ、
− 展開された筒状基礎部材を供給すること、
− 前記基礎部材を延伸要素を有するマンドレルに押しつけること、
− 開口部を有するダイス型を供給すること、
− 追加の包装部品を前記マンドレルに供給すること、
− 前記接合熱を導入すること、
− 前記シールジョーの前記接触領域に、連続した外側輪郭を形成するため、前記延伸要素を展開することにより前記基礎部材と追加の包装部品を前記ダイス型に対し押しつけること、
− 前記基礎部材と追加の包装部品とを接合すること、
− 前記延伸要素を折り畳むこと、
− 前記ダイス型を取除くこと、および
− 前記基礎部材と追加の包装部品とを備える前記ユニットを取除くこと、
を特徴とする方法。 - 前記追加の包装部品を前記供給することは、前記ダイス型の前記開口部が、前記追加の包装部品を固定するために形成されることにより、前記ダイス型を前記供給することと同時に行われることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記延伸要素の前記展開および折り畳みは、正確に決められた方向で行われることを特徴とする、請求項15または16に記載の方法。
- 前記接合熱の前記導入は、超音波により行われることを特徴とする、請求項15〜17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記接合熱の前記導入は、熱風により行われることを特徴とする、請求項15〜17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記延伸要素の前記展開は、磁気的に行われ、前記折り畳みは、弾発力によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項15〜19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記延伸要素の前記展開は、弾発力によって行われ、前記折り畳みは、磁気的に行われることを特徴とする、請求項15〜19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記折る動きの逆転は、磁極反転によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項15〜19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
