Abstract
Description
IPA含有廃水のIPAの濃度を5.2重量%に、供給流量を80LPM(liter per minute)に固定し、供給溶液の温度をそれぞれ35℃、45℃及び55℃に変化させ、図1に示した連続併合膜分離工程を行い、表1に透過蒸発膜分離工程による供給溶液の温度に従う透過溶液のIPAの濃度及び透過流量を示した。
IPA含有廃水のIPAの濃度を8.7重量%に固定したこと以外は、実施例1と同一の方法で連続併合膜分離工程を行い、表2に透過蒸発膜分離工程による供給溶液の温度に従う透過溶液のIPAの濃度及び透過流量を示した。
供給溶液の温度を35に、供給流量を20LPMに固定し、IPA含有廃水のIPAの濃度をそれぞれ5.2重量%、6.2重量%、7.3重量%及び8.5重量%に変化させ、図1に示した連続併合膜分離工程を行い、表3に逆浸透膜分離工程による透過溶液(透過水)のIPAの濃度及び透過流量を示した。
Claims (9)
- I)IPA含有廃水から透過蒸発膜分離工程を通じてIPAを濃縮する段階;及び
II)IPA含有廃水から逆浸透膜分離工程を通じて廃水を処理する段階;を含む併合膜分離工程。 - 前記I)段階の透過蒸発膜分離工程は、i)昇温されたIPA含有廃水を透過蒸発膜モジュールに供給する段階;
ii)透過蒸発膜モジュールを透過したIPAを液相に凝縮する段階;及び
iii)凝縮されたIPAを透過溶液タンクに移送する段階;を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の併合膜分離工程。 - 前記昇温されたIPA含有廃水は、ヒーターによって30℃〜60℃に維持されたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の併合膜分離工程。
- 前記透過蒸発膜モジュールに供給するIPA含有廃水の供給流量は、透過流量の5倍以上であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の併合膜分離工程。
- 前記II)段階の逆浸透膜分離工程は、a)昇圧されたIPA含有廃水を逆浸透膜モジュールに供給する段階;及び
b)逆浸透膜モジュールを透過した廃水を透過水タンクに移送する段階;を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の併合膜分離工程。 - 前記昇圧されたIPA含有廃水は、高圧ポンプによって10bar〜70barに維持されたことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の併合膜分離工程。
- 前記逆浸透膜モジュールに供給するIPA含有廃水の供給流量は、透過流量の3倍以上であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の併合膜分離工程。
- 前記透過蒸発膜分離工程の膜素材はシリコン系複合膜であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の併合膜分離工程。
- 前記逆浸透膜分離工程の膜素材はポリアミド系複合膜であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は5に記載の併合膜分離工程。
