Abstract
Description
先行技術によって知られている旋回装置の中では、ブランクの搬送方向と平行に横並びに配置された2つのコンベアを使用する旋回装置が有名である。これらのコンベアは、このように配置されて、各ブランクをその搬送中に協働して支持することができる。これらのコンベアは、異なる速度でも駆動されるので、各ブランクを回転させることによって自然に平行移動させる傾向にある。一般に、このアセンブリは、水平旋回が90°にわたって行われるように構成される。

- 一連の平板物体を長手方向に搬送する方法であって、各物体は、旋回区域における旋回段階中に、第1の長手方向変位速度(V1)で搬送されながら旋回し、各平板物体は、前記旋回区域に隣接する第2の区域において、前記第1の速度とは異なる第2の長手方向変位速度(V2)で搬送される、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第2の速度は、前記第1の速度よりも低い、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第2の区域は、前記平板物体の移動方向において前記旋回区域の後に存在する、
請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 前記第2の速度は、前記第1の速度よりも高い、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第2の区域は、前記平板物体の移動方向において前記旋回区域の前に存在する、
請求項4に記載の方法。 - 前記旋回は、90°にわたって行われる、
請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 平板物体(101)の加工及び搬送を行う装置であって、
前記平板物体が第1の搬送手段(11、12、21、22)によって第1の長手方向変位速度(V1)で搬送される、前記平板物体のための少なくとも1つの旋回区域(ZR、1)と、
前記平板物体が第2の搬送手段によって前記第1の長手方向変位速度(V1)とは異なる第2の長手方向変位速度(V2)で搬送される、前記旋回区域に隣接する第2の区域(Z2)と、
を備えることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記第2の速度(V2)は、前記第1の速度(V1)よりも低い、
