Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 間仕切壁(1)や吊り天井などを形成するための乾式構造システムであって、
金属製耐荷構造の形態の支持構造(2)と、
少なくともその片側に配置された被覆材(3)と、
前記支持構造(2)の領域に配置された防音層(4)とを備え、
前記支持構造(2)は、少なくとも1つの被覆材(3)が固定される複数のキャリア形状体(22)を備え、
前記キャリア形状体(22)は、シート材料から形成されるとともに、断面において基部(22a)及び、そこに垂直に配置された2つの脚部(22b、22b’)を備え、
前記キャリア形状体(22)の前記脚部(22b、22b’)は、規則的に分布した凸部及び凹部を有するエンボス部を備える乾式構造システムにおいて、
前記キャリア形状体(22)の前記基部(22a)は規則的に分布した凸部及び凹部を有するエンボス部を備え、
前記シート材料の片側の前記エンボス部の2つの隣接する凸部の間の中心間距離は、定格のシート厚さの6倍よりも小さく、
前記基部(22a)は、いずれの場合においても、前記定格のシート厚の少なくとも3倍の外半径(R1)を有する曲線部(22c)によって、隣接する前記脚部(22b、22b’)に連結されることを特徴とする乾式構造システム。 - 前記シート材料の片側の前記エンボス部における2つの隣接する凸部の間の中心間距離は、前記定格のシート厚の少なくとも3倍であり、具体的には、前記定格のシート厚の4倍から5.5倍の間であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の乾式構造システム。
- 前記基部(22a)は、いずれの場合においても、最大で前記定格のシート厚の10倍の大きさの外半径(R1)、具体的には、前記定格のシート厚の6倍から7倍の大きさの外半径(R1)を有する曲線部(22c)によって隣接する前記脚部(22b、22b’)に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の乾式構造システム。
- 前記基部(22a)が長手方向に延びる少なくとも1つのビード部(22e)を備え、いずれの場合においても好適には、1つのビード部(22e)が前記基部(22a)の中央に正確に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の乾式構造システム。
- 前記2つの脚部(22b、22b’)は、いずれの場合においても、長手方向に延びるビード部(22f)を備え、いずれの場合においても好適には、1つのビード部(22f)が各々のビード部(22b、22b’)の中央に正確に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の乾式構造システム。
- 前記ビード部(22e、22f)は、形状断面の内側に突出することを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の乾式構造システム。
- 前記ビード部(22e、22f)の深さは前記定格のシート厚の1倍から6倍の大きさであることを特徴とする請求項4から6のいずれか一項に記載の乾式構造システム。
- 前記ビード部(22e)は本質的に三角形の断面を示すとともに、頂点に約90°の内角を有することを特徴とする請求項4から7のいずれか一項に記載の乾式構造システム。
- 前記キャリア形状体(22)の前記エンボス部は両側に適用されることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の乾式構造システム。
- 前記脚部(22b、22b’)の自由端の前記キャリア形状体(22)は、いずれの場合においても、内側に面した斜面(22d)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の乾式構造システム。
- 形成された前記基部(22a)及び形成された前記脚部(22b、22b’)の総厚(D)は、それぞれ前記定格のシート厚の1.2倍から3倍であり、具体的には、前記定格のシート厚の約1.6倍であることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の乾式構造システム。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の乾式構造システムのためのキャリア形状体(22)であって、シート材料から形成され、断面において基部(22a)及び、そこに垂直方向に配置された2つの脚部(22b、22b’)を備え、前記脚部(22b、22b’)は規則的に分布した凸部及び凹部を有するエンボス部を備える、キャリア形状体(22)において、
前記キャリア形状体(22)の前記基部(22a)もまた規則的に分布した凸部及び凹部を有するエンボス部を備え、
前記シート材料の片側の前記エンボス部の2つの隣接する前記凸部の間の中心間距離は、定格のシート厚の6倍よりも小さく、
前記基部(22a)は、いずれの場合においても、前記定格のシート厚の少なくとも3倍の外半径(R1)を有する曲線部(22c)によって、隣接する前記脚部(22b、22b’)に連結されることを特徴とするキャリア形状体。 - 請求項2から11の少なくとも1つの特徴によってさらに形成されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のキャリア形状体。
- 乾式構造の間仕切り壁(1)を製造するための請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の乾式構造システムの使用。
- 吊り天井を製造するための請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の乾式構造システムの使用。
