Abstract
Description
以下において、本発明の一実施形態に係る内視鏡撮像システム10の概略図である図1が参照される。システム10は、体腔の一部又は全体を撮像するために、ヒト患者の体腔12に対する侵襲医療手技(invasive medical procedure)、典型的に低侵襲手技において用いられることができる。例示として、本明細書において、体腔は患者の膀胱であると想定される。体腔12は本明細書において、膀胱12とも称される。しかしながら、システム10は実質的にヒトの如何なる体腔、例えば胃腸チューブの臓器、気管支又は胸部、又は人間外の空腔も撮像するために用いてもよいことが理解される。

Claims (24)
- 筐体直径を有する円筒状の筐体と、
前記筐体内に載置された撮像アレイであって、該撮像アレイの平坦面が前記筐体直径と平行となっている撮像アレイと、
第2端より長い第1端と有する長方形の入射面と、出射面と、前記入射面から前記出射面まで放射光を反射するように構成された斜辺とを備える透明な直角プリズムであって、前記第1端が前記筐体直径と平行し、且つ前記出射面が前記撮像アレイの前記平坦面と結合するように、前記筐体内に載置されている透明な直角プリズムと、
対象物から入って来る放射光を受け取るように構成されていると共に、該入って来る放射光を前記直角プリズムの前記入射面及び前記出射面を介して前記撮像アレイに伝達するように載置された光学系と、
を備える内視鏡カメラ。 - 前記光学系が屈折率分布型の(GRIN)光学系を備える請求項1に記載の内視鏡カメラ。
- 前記光学系が円形断面を有する、請求項1に記載の内視鏡カメラ。
- 前記撮像アレイが前記第1端及び前記第2端に等しい辺を有する長方形である、請求項1に記載の内視鏡カメラ。
- 第1倍率と、前記第1倍率に対して直角であり且つ前記第1倍率と異なる第2倍率と、を有するように、前記光学系が入って来る放射光を集光させる、請求項1に記載の内視鏡カメラ。
- 前記第1倍率と前記第2倍率との光学比が前記第1端と前記第2端とのプリズム比に対応する、請求項5に記載の内視鏡カメラ。
- 前記第1倍率と前記第2倍率との比率が前記内視鏡カメラにより撮像される対象物のアスペクト比に対応する、請求項5に記載の内視鏡カメラ。
- 前記光学系がその上に歪んだ画像を生成するように前記撮像アレイによって得られた対象物の画像に歪みを導入し、前記対象物の歪みのない画像を生成するように非歪み率(un-distortion factor)を歪んだ画像に適用するプロセッサを備える、請求項1に記載の内視鏡カメラ。
- 前記歪みは、光学的歪みを含み、
前記プロセッサが数値因子として非歪み率を適用するように構成されている、請求項8に記載の内視鏡カメラ。 - 前記透明な直角プリズムが二等辺のプリズムを備える、請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の内視鏡カメラ。
- 前記円筒状の筐体の軸が前記撮像アレイの前記平坦面と平行となるように、撮像アレイが載置されている、請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の内視鏡カメラ。
- 前記撮像アレイが前記第1端に等しい辺を有する正方形である、請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載の内視鏡カメラ。
- 筐体直径を有する円筒状の筐体を提供するステップと、
撮像アレイの平坦面が前記筐体直径と平行となるように前記筐体内に前記撮像アレイを載置するステップと、
第2端より長い第1端を有する長方形の入射面と、出射面と、前記入射面から前記出射面まで放射光を反射するように構成された斜辺とを備える透明な直角プリズムを、前記第1端が前記筐体直径と平行し、且つ前記出射面が前記撮像アレイの前記平坦面と結合するように、前記筐体内に載置されるステップと、
対象物から入って来る放射光を受け取る光学系を提供するステップと、
入って来る放射光を前記直角プリズムの前記入射面及び前記出射面を介して前記撮像アレイに伝達するように光学系を載置するステップと、
を備える、内視鏡カメラを形成する方法。 - 前記光学系が屈折率分布型の(GRIN)光学系を備える、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記光学系が円形断面を有する、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記撮像アレイが第1端及び第2端に等しい辺を有する長方形である、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 第1倍率と、前記第1倍率に対して直角であり且つ前記第1倍率と異なる第2倍率とを有するように、前記光学系が入って来る放射光を集光させるステップを備える、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記第1端と前記第2端のプリズム比に応じて前記第1倍率と前記第2倍率との光学比を決定するステップを備える、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記内視鏡カメラにより撮像される対象物のアスペクト比に応じて前記第1倍率と前記第2倍率との比率を決定するステップを備える、請求項17に記載の方法。
- その上に歪んだ画像を生成するように前記撮像アレイによって得られた対象物の画像に歪みを導入する光学系を備えるステップと、
前記対象物の歪みのない画像を生成するように非歪み率(un-distortion factor)を歪んだ画像に適用するステップを更に備える、請求項17に記載の方法。 - 前記歪みは、光学的歪みを含み、
非歪み率が数値因子である、請求項20に記載の方法。 - 前記透明な直角プリズムが二等辺のプリズムを備える、請求項13〜21の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記円筒状の筐体の軸が前記撮像アレイの前記平坦面と平行となるように、前記撮像アレイを載置するステップを備える、請求項13〜21の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記撮像アレイが前記第1端と等しい辺を有する正方形である、請求項13〜21の何れか一項に記載の方法。
