Claims (10)
- 第1のTg、徐冷点、歪み点および軟化点を有するガラスコア;
第2のTg、徐冷点、歪み点および軟化点を有するガラスクラッド;および
必要に応じて、ナノ粒子層;
を備えたガラス積層板であって、
前記ガラスクラッドがナノテクスチャ付き表面を備え;
i.前記ガラスクラッドのTgが前記ガラスコアのTgより低い、
ii.前記ガラスクラッドの徐冷点が前記ガラスコアの徐冷点より低い、または
iii.前記ガラスクラッドの軟化点が前記ガラスコアの軟化点より低いものであり;
前記ガラスクラッドのCTEが前記ガラスコアのCTE以下である、ガラス積層板。 - 前記ガラスクラッドと前記ガラスコアのTg間、前記ガラスクラッドと前記ガラスコアの徐冷点間、または前記ガラスクラッドと前記ガラスコアの軟化点間の温度差が、20℃超である、請求項1記載のガラス積層板。
- 前記ガラスコアの歪み点が前記ガラスクラッドの徐冷点以上である、請求項1または2記載のガラス積層板。
- 前記ガラスコアの粘度が、前記ガラスクラッドのTgで該ガラスクラッドの粘度の2倍以上であるか、または前記ガラスコアの粘度が、前記ガラスクラッドの徐冷点で該ガラスクラッドの粘度の2倍以上である、請求項1から3いずれか1項記載のガラス積層板。
- 前記ガラスクラッドのTgでの該ガラスクラッドと前記ガラスコアとの間の粘度差が第1の比RTgを示し;
前記ガラスクラッドの成形温度での該ガラスクラッドと前記ガラスコアとの間の粘度差が第2の比RFを示し;
RTg/RFの値が1.1から3.0である、請求項1から4いずれか1項記載のガラス積層板。 - 前記ガラスクラッドの徐冷点での該ガラスクラッドと前記ガラスコアとの間の粘度差が第1の比RAを示し;
前記ガラスクラッドの成形温度での該ガラスクラッドと前記ガラスコアとの間の粘度差は第2の比RFを示し;
RA/RFの値が1.1から3.0である、請求項1から5いずれか1項記載のガラス積層板。 - 前記ガラスコアが、
55〜75%のSiO2、
2〜15%のAl2O3、
0〜12%のB2O3、
0〜18%のNa2O、
0〜5%のK2O、
0〜8%のMgO、および
0〜10%のCaO、
を含み、Na2O、K2O、MgO、およびCaOの合計のモル%(総計)が少なくとも10モル%である、および/または
前記ガラスクラッドが、
65〜85%のSiO2、
0〜5%のAl2O3、
8〜30%のB2O3、
0〜8%のNa2O、
0〜5%のK2O、および0〜5%のLi2O、
を含み、合計のR2O(アルカリ)が10モル%未満である、請求項1から6いずれか1項記載のガラス積層板。 - 請求項1から7いずれか1項記載のガラス積層板を形成する方法であって、
ガラス積層板を形成する工程、および
ナノテクスチャ層を形成する工程、
を有してなる方法。 - 前記ナノテクスチャ層を形成する工程が、前記ガラスクラッドの徐冷点から200℃以内の温度で行われる、請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記ナノテクスチャ層が、ナノクラスタ、ナノ粉末、ナノ結晶、固体ナノ粒子、ナノチューブ、量子ドット、ナノ繊維、ナノワイヤ、ナノロッド、ナノシェル、フラーレン、および高分子とデンドリマーなどの大型分子成分、並びにそれらの組合せを含むナノ粒子からなる、請求項8または9記載の方法。
