Abstract
Description

前記細長部材に取り付けられ、かつアクチュエータ第1位置とアクチュエータ第2位置との間で移動可能なアクチュエータを有するハンドルと、
前記アクチュエータに取り付けられたワイヤ部材第1端と、前記細長部材に取り付けられたワイヤ部材第2端とを有するワイヤ部材であって、前記細長部材内腔内の前記ワイヤ部材第1端から前記細長部材第1穴まで延在し、前記細長部材第1穴を通過しかつ前記細長部材第2穴まで延在し、前記細長部材第2穴を通りかつ前記細長部材内腔内まで進み、前記細長部材第3穴まで延在し、前記細長部材第3穴を通過しかつ前記細長部材第4穴まで延在し、前記細長部材第4穴を通りかつ前記細長部材内腔内に進むワイヤ部材と、
前記細長部材に取り付けられかつ1つまたは複数の画像を取得するように適合された撮像デバイスと、
前記細長部材に取り付けられた変換器であって、前記制御ユニットと信号通信し、かつ前記医療デバイスが前記制御ユニットに取り付けられたときに前記制御ユニットに信号を提供するように適合された変換器と、
を具備し、
前記細長部材が、前記アクチュエータが前記アクチュエータ第1位置にあるときの実質的直線状形態と、前記アクチュエータが前記アクチュエータ第2位置にあるときの湾曲位置との間で移動可能であり、
前記アクチュエータが前記アクチュエータ第1位置から前記アクチュエータ第2位置まで移動することにより、前記ワイヤ部材に張力が引き起こされ、前記細長部材が前記実質的直線状形態から前記湾曲形態まで移動し、
前記細長部材が、前記アクチュエータが前記アクチュエータ第2位置にあるときに第1湾曲部および第2湾曲部を画定する、医療デバイス。 - 前記細長部材第1穴および前記細長部材第2穴が、前記細長部材縦方向軸に対して平行な第2細長部材軸上に配置されており、
前記細長部材第3穴および前記細長部材第4穴が、前記細長部材縦方向軸に対して平行な第3細長部材軸上に配置されている、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。 - 前記細長部材縦方向軸、前記第2細長部材軸および前記第3細長部材軸の各々が、平面に配置されている、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記第1湾曲部が第1曲率半径を有し、前記第2湾曲部が第2曲率半径を有している、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記第1曲率半径および前記第2曲率半径が異なる、請求項4に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記ワイヤ部材第2端が、前記細長部材遠位端に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記細長部材第1穴が、前記細長部材の第1側に配置されており、
前記細長部材第2穴および前記細長部材第3穴の各々が、前記細長部材の第2側に配置されている、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。 - 前記第1側が、前記第2側に対して対向可能に面している、請求項7に記載の医療デバイス。
- 前記細長部材が、第1部および第2部をさらに備え、前記第1部が、前記細長部材近位端から、前記細長部材近位端と前記細長部材遠位端との間の位置まで、前記細長部材縦方向軸に沿って延在し、前記第1部が、第1断面形態を有し、前記第2部が、前記細長部材第1部から前記細長部材遠位端まで前記細長部材縦方向軸に沿って延在し、前記第2部が、前記第1断面形態とは異なる第2断面形態を有する、請求項1に記載の医療デバイス。

細長部材であって、細長部材長手方向軸と、細長部材近位端と、細長部材遠位端と、細長部材内腔、細長部材近位開口部、前記位細長部材近位端と前記細長部材遠位端との間に配置された細長部材第1穴、前記細長部材第1穴と前記細長部材遠位端との間に配置された細長部材第2穴、前記細長部材第2穴と前記細長部材遠位端との間に配置された細長部材第3穴、および前記細長部材第3穴と前記細長部材遠位端との間に配置された細長部材第4穴を画定している細長部材本体とを有し、前記細長部材内腔が、前記細長部材近位開口部から前記細長部材遠位端まで延在し、前記細長部材第1穴、前記細長部材第2穴、前記細長部材第3穴および前記細長部材第4穴の各々が、前記細長部材本体を通って延在しかつ前記細長部材内腔へのアクセスを可能にする、細長部材と、

前記細長部材に取り付けられかつ1つまたは複数の画像を取得するように適合された撮像デバイスと、
前記細長部材に取り付けられかつ前記制御ユニットと信号通信する変換器であって、事象に応じて前記制御ユニットに信号を提供する変換器と、
を備えるステップと、
第1時間間隔に対して、前記変換器によって提供される前記信号を記録するステップと、
第2時間間隔に対して、前記撮像デバイスによって取得される前記1つまたは複数の画像を記録するステップと、
を含み、
前記細長部材が、前記アクチュエータが前記アクチュエータ第1位置にあるときの実質的直線状形態と、前記アクチュエータが前記アクチュエータ第2位置にあるときの湾曲位置との間で移動可能であり、
前記アクチュエータが前記アクチュエータ第1位置から前記アクチュエータ第2位置まで移動することにより、前記ワイヤ部材に張力が引き起こされ、前記細長部材が前記実質的直線状形態から前記湾曲形態まで移動し、
