Abstract
本发明涉及喉镜领域,尤其涉及一种新型喉镜管芯。包括智能连接头外壳、管芯以及设置在管芯端部的内窥镜,所述智能连接头外壳包括上盖、下盖,所述智能连接头外壳内设置有电路板,所述电路板上设置有单机片,所述智能连接头外壳一端设置有MINI USB插头,所述MINI USB插头通过智能连接头外壳与电路板连接,所述管芯插入智能连接头外壳与之固定,所述管芯插入智能连接头外壳端端部与所述电路板连通,所述管芯外设有一层蛇形管,所述蛇形管由一根塑形条卷绕而成,所述蛇形管外设置有一层食品级塑料,所述管芯伸出智能连接头外壳端端部设置有内窥镜,所述内窥镜通过设置在管芯内的电线与电路板连接。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及喉镜领域,尤其涉及一种新型喉镜管芯。
背景技术
由于喉部位置深,生理结构复杂,不能直接窥及,喉部检查时需要借助一些特殊的检查方法,如间接喉镜、直接喉镜、纤维喉镜、电子喉镜、频闪喉镜、超高速电影摄影、声图或声门图。
电子喉镜一般由摄像头、中空硬质管(或称“连接杆”)、手柄和控制显示模块组成;中空硬质管的前端设有摄像头,其后端与手柄固定连接,其内部可以通导线;手柄的后部连接有控制显示模块。在使用电子喉镜的诊疗过程中,电子喉镜一般配套气管软管(或称“气管插管”,或“气管导管”,或“插入管”)使用,即将电子喉镜的中空硬质管插入气管软管中,气管软管周向包覆着带有摄像头的中空硬质管深入患者喉腔内。由于现有技术中喉镜与连接杆连接的结构较为复杂,有时会使用不便。而现在市面上大多数是很难弯曲或者弯曲部分的管芯结构复杂,使得实际很难普及使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,适应现实需要,提供一种新型喉镜管芯。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种新型喉镜管芯,包括智能连接头外壳、管芯以及设置在管芯端部的内窥镜,所述智能连接头外壳包括上盖、下盖,所述智能连接头外壳内设置有电路板,所述电路板上设置有单机片,所述智能连接头外壳一端设置有MINI USB插头,所述USB插头穿过智能连接头外壳与电路板连接,所述管芯插入智能连接头外壳与之固定,所述管芯插入智能连接头外壳端端部与所述电路板连通,所述管芯外设有一层蛇形管,所述蛇形管由一根弹簧钢压扁卷绕而成,所述蛇形管外包覆一层食品级塑料,所述管芯伸出智能连接头外壳端端部设置有内窥镜,所述内窥镜通过设置在管芯内的电线与电路板连接。
所述内窥镜包括钢套,设置在钢套内的摄像头,所述钢套端部设置有防雾镜片,所述摄像头设置在防雾镜片一侧的钢套内。
所述管芯插入智能连接头外壳端端部设置有用于定位的凸台,所述凸台设置在所述智能连接头外壳内。
所述智能连接头外壳内设置有电路槽和固定槽,所述凸台与所述固定槽相匹配,所述电路板设置在所述电路槽内。
所述蛇形管的材质为弹簧钢;所述管芯的材质为黄铜管。
所述上盖上设置一对以上的卡扣\卡槽,所述下盖上设置有与之卡扣\卡槽相匹配的卡槽\卡扣。
所述下盖一侧设置有螺栓孔,所述螺栓孔内设置有螺栓,所述凸台通过设置在螺栓孔内的螺栓与智能连接头外壳固定连接。
本发明的有益效果在于:
管芯随意弯曲塑型插管方便,一次性使用避免交叉感染。
图像实时无线传输可视定位准确。
管芯和手柄由MINI USB连接稳固可靠耐用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:

本发明公开了一种新型喉镜管芯,包括智能连接头外壳、管芯4以及设置在管芯4端部的内窥镜6,所述智能连接头外壳包括上盖1、下盖2,所述智能连接头外壳内设置有电路板3,所述电路板3上设置有单机片302,所述智能连接头外壳一端设置有MINI USB插头301,所述MINI USB插头301穿过智能连接头外壳与电路板3连接,所述管芯4插入智能连接头外壳与之固定,所述管芯4插入智能连接头外壳端端部与所述电路板3连通,所述管芯4外设有一层蛇形管401,所述蛇形管401由一根塑形弹簧钢压扁卷绕而成,所述蛇形管401外设置有一层食品级塑料402,所述管芯4伸出智能连接头外壳端端部设置有内窥镜6,所述内窥镜6通过设置在管芯4内的电线与电路板3连接。在实际使用时,可以很轻松的弯曲管芯4,达到医护人员需求的状态。
所述内窥镜6包括钢套601,设置在钢套601内的摄像头602,所述钢套601端部设置有防雾镜片7,所述摄像头602设置在防雾镜片7一侧的钢套601内。
所述管芯4插入智能连接头外壳端端部设置有用于定位的凸台5,所述凸台5设置在所述智能连接头外壳内。
所述智能连接头外壳内设置有电路槽9和固定槽8,所述凸台5与所述固定槽8相匹配,所述电路板6设置在所述电路槽9内。
所述蛇形管401的材质为紫铜管;所述管芯4的材质为黄铜管。
所述上盖1上设置一对以上的卡扣101\卡槽,所述下盖2上设置有与之卡扣101\卡槽相匹配的卡槽201\卡扣。
所述下盖2一侧设置有螺栓孔202,所述螺栓孔202内设置有螺栓,所述凸台5通过设置在螺栓孔202内的螺栓与智能连接头外壳固定连接。

Claims (7)
1.一种新型喉镜管芯,包括智能连接头外壳、管芯(4)以及设置在管芯(4)端部的内窥镜(6),其特征在于:所述智能连接头外壳包括上盖(1)、下盖(2),所述智能连接头外壳内设置有电路板(3),所述电路板(3)上设置有单机片(302),所述智能连接头外壳一端设置有MINI USB插头(301),所述MINI USB插头(301)穿过智能连接头外壳与电路板(3)连接,所述管芯(4)插入智能连接头外壳与之固定,所述管芯(4)插入智能连接头外壳端端部与所述电路板(3)连通,所述管芯(4)外设有一层蛇形管(401),所述蛇形管(401)由一根塑形弹簧钢压扁卷绕而成,所述蛇形管(401)外包覆一层食品级塑料(402),所述管芯(4)伸出智能连接头外壳端端部设置有内窥镜(6),所述内窥镜(6)通过设置在管芯(4)内的电线与电路板(3)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型喉镜管芯,其特征在于:所述内窥镜(6)包括钢套(601),设置在钢套(601)内的摄像头(602),所述钢套(601)端部设置有防雾镜片(7,所述摄像头(602)设置在防雾镜片(7)一侧的钢套(601)内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型喉镜管芯,其特征在于:所述管芯(4)插入智能连接头外壳端端部设置有用于定位的凸台(5),所述凸台(5)设置在所述智能连接头外壳内。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种新型喉镜管芯,其特征在于:所述智能连接头外壳内设置有电路槽(9)和固定槽(8),所述凸台(5)与所述固定槽(8)相匹配,所述电路板(6)设置在所述电路槽(9)内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型喉镜管芯,其特征在于:所述蛇形管(401)的材质为弹簧钢;所述管芯(4)的材质为黄铜管。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型喉镜管芯,其特征在于:所述上盖(1)上设置一对以上的卡扣(101)\卡槽,所述下盖(2)上设置有与之卡扣(101)\卡槽相匹配的卡槽(201)\卡扣。
7.根据权利要求14所述的一种新型喉镜管芯,其特征在于:所述下盖(2)一侧设置有螺栓孔(202),所述螺栓孔(202)内设置有螺栓,所述凸台(5)通过设置在螺栓孔(202)内的螺栓与智能连接头外壳固定连接。
