Abstract
Description
図10は、ステント構造が送達システムの遠位部のホルダ80内に閉じ込められるようになっている、ホルダを有する送達システムを示す。2つの縫合糸が送達システムの長さを延長し、遠位端にループを形成する。ループは、側部棒材に形成されているアイレットに挿通され、送達システムのホルダ部分に接続する。ホルダ部分は、ステントを畳まれた形態で閉じ込める形状の円筒構造である。
Claims (15)
- 自然心臓弁の弁輪に埋め込まれる幾何学的形態を有する生体心臓弁アセンブリにおいて、
a.入口開口端と、その反対端の出口開口部とを有する管状構造であって、圧縮された形態と拡張された形態とを有する複数の相互接続された要素で構成された拡張可能なステント構造で構成され、前記複数の要素が、前記拡張された形態でステントの外周面から離れるように延出するウイングレットで構成される管状構造と、
b.入口開口部と前記出口開口部との間の内側環状部のかなりの部分を被覆する生体適合性材料と、
c.並列する縁部に液密シールを形成することができる複数の弁葉で構成された弁であって、前記複数の弁葉の周囲が一緒に、前記入口開口部と前記出口開口部との間の前記弁アセンブリの内部の周囲に液密シールを形成し、前記入口開口部と前記出口開口部とが異なる直径を有するように前記管状構造がその長さに沿ってテーパ状の直径を有する、弁と、
を備えることを特徴とする生体心臓弁アセンブリ。 - 前記弁葉の周囲部が前記生体適合性材料に縫合されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の生体弁アセンブリ。
- 前記ウイングレットがステント部材の下外周面の周囲に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアセンブリの生体弁。
- 前記ウイングレットがステント部材の上外周面の周囲に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の生体弁アセンブリ。
- ステント部材が、端部にアイレットを有する複数の垂直棒材で構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の生体弁アセンブリ。
- 前記圧縮された形態のステント部材に取り付けられるホルダをさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の生体弁アセンブリ。
- リアセンブリ上の前記アイレットがホルダの内部の取付具に係合することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の生体弁アセンブリ。
- 前記拡張可能なステントおよび前記弁が、前記管状構造の軸方向の長さの少なくとも一部を被覆するスリーブを有するカプセル状デバイスの内部に圧縮された形態で維持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の生体弁アセンブリ。
- 前記カプセル状デバイスが、異なる直径を有し、且つ同心状に配置された複数のスリーブで構成されており、および少なくとも1つのスリーブが同心状であり、且つ別のものの周囲で摺動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の生体弁アセンブリ。
- ウイングレットの第1のリングおよびウイングレットの第2のリングであって、前記ステントが前記拡張された形態であるとき、それらの間に環状空間を形成するように離間され、且つ房室心臓弁の自然弁輪を収容するサイズである、ウイングレットの第1のリングおよびウイングレットの第2のリングで前記ステント構造が構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の生体弁アセンブリ。
- 前記複数のウイングレットの最内部の延出が、記憶金属の丸みのある、且つ非外傷性の長さであることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の生体弁アセンブリ。
- ウイングレットの前記リングからの距離が前記ステントの下縁に近接して配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の生体弁アセンブリ。
- ホルダがカテーテルの遠位端に配置されており、およびステント部材が前記ホルダの遠位端に取り外し可能に取り付けられており、且つ部分的に拡張されている形態に保持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の生体弁アセンブリ。
- ステント部材が前記入口開口部の前記ホルダに取り外し可能に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の生体弁アセンブリ。
- 前記ステント部材が前記出口開口部で前記ホルダに取り外し可能に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の生体心臓弁アセンブリ。
