Claims (16)

少なくとも2つの小葉を有し前記構造フレーム支持の内表面の周囲に付着されて、前記構造フレーム支持の高さおよび直径と略同じ高さおよび直径を有する、生体弁と、
自然弁輪の前記心房および心室態様の両方で組織を把持するための、前記心房流入オリフィスに近接した前記構造フレーム支持の一部から延出する第1の組織係合構造および前記心室流出オリフィスに近接した前記構造フレーム支持の一部から延出する第2の組織係合構造と
を含む、生体房室弁。 - 前記第1の組織係合構造は、前記構造フレーム支持から放射状に85〜95°の間の角度で延出している輪状心房スカート内にある、請求項1に記載の生体房室弁。
- 前記第2の組織係合構造は、前記心室または流出オリフィスを囲んで周囲に配置された複数のハブから放射状に延出している複数の心室タインである、請求項1に記載の生体房室弁。
- 前記第1の組織係合構造と前記第2の組織係合構造との間の距離は5.5〜9.0mmの間である、請求項1に記載の生体房室弁。
- 前記第1の組織係合構造と前記第2の組織係合構造との間の前記距離は7.0〜8.0mmの間である、請求項4に記載の生体房室弁。
- 前記構造フレーム支持の全高は25mm未満である、請求項1に記載の生体房室弁。
- 前記心房流入オリフィスの前記心室流出オリフィスに対する直径の比率は略0.60〜略0.90の間である、請求項6に記載の生体房室弁。
- 前記心房流入オリフィスの前記心室流出オリフィスに対する前記直径の前記比率は略0.70〜略0.85の間である、請求項7に記載の生体房室弁。
- 前記心室または流出オリフィスの前記直径は30mmよりも大きい、請求項1に記載の生体房室弁。
- 前記第1の組織係合部分は、上面、下面、またはその組合せを含む、その輪状構造の一部を覆っている、メッシュ層覆いで覆われている、請求項1に記載の生体房室弁。
- 生体弁送達システムであって、
操作可能カテーテルの遠位端に配置されて、請求項1の前記生体房室弁を含む、カプセルと、
前記カプセルに遠位で、前記生体弁および前記操作可能カテーテルの長さを通り抜けるワイヤーに付着されたノーズコーンと、
請求項1の前記生体房室弁を折り畳まれた構成に維持するために、前記操作可能カテーテルの前記長さを通り抜け、請求項1の前記生体房室弁のクラウンを通り抜ける複数のリリースワイヤーと、
前記操作可能カテーテルの前記遠位端の操舵、請求項1の前記生体房室弁を配備するための前記カプセルの軸方向の摺動、および前記複数のリリースワイヤーにおける張力の制御の各々のための制御機構を含む近位ハンドルと
を含む、生体弁送達システム。 - 前記リリースワイヤーは、前記操作可能カテーテルの前記遠位端に近接して配置されたタブホルダーを通り抜けて、前記タブホルダーのタブ治具を係合するためのループを形成する、請求項11に記載の生体弁送達システム。
- 前記近位ハンドルは、前記操作可能カテーテルを通り抜けて、請求項1の前記折り畳まれた生体弁を含んでいる前記カプセルに近接して終了する、流体連結経路を有するフラッシュポートをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の生体弁送達システム。
- 前記操作可能カテーテルを通り抜けて前記カプセルに付着される位置合せピンをさらに含み、それにより前記位置合せピンの選択的な配向で前記送達システムの前記遠位端を操舵する、請求項11に記載の生体弁送達システム。

- 前記近位ハンドル、前記操作可能カテーテル、前記生体弁、前記カプセルを、前記遠位ノーズコーンに付着されたカテーテルガイドワイヤーが通り抜ける、請求項11に記載の生体弁送達システム。
