Claims (15)

前記鉗子(4)の前記第1の動作アーム(6)および前記第2の動作アーム(6)は、前記第2の電気的構成において不動化され、前記鉗子(4)および前記第1の治療電流の両方が無効にされる、
ことを特徴とする電気手術デバイス。 - 請求項1に記載の電気手術デバイスであって、前記第1の電気的構成は双極構成(100)であることを特徴とする電気手術デバイス。
- 請求項1または2に記載の電気手術デバイスであって、前記第2の電気的構成は単極構成(102)であることを特徴とする電気手術デバイス。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術デバイスであって、前記電気手術デバイス(2)は、前記鉗子(4)に沿ってスライドするシャトル(20)を含み、前記シャトル(20)は前記鉗子(4)および前記第1の治療電流の両方を無効にすることを補助することを特徴とする電気手術デバイス。
- 請求項4に記載の電気手術デバイスであって、前記シャトル(20)は、前記シャトル(20)が前記第1の治療電流を印加するための1つ以上の第1の起動ボタン(302、304、306)を覆う第2の位置と、前記シャトル(20)が前記第2の治療電流を印加するための1つ以上の第2の起動ボタン(302、304、306)を覆う第1の位置とを有し、一度に露出されるのは、前記1つ以上の第1の起動ボタンのみまたは前記1つ以上の第2の起動ボタンのみである、ことを特徴とする電気手術デバイス。
- 請求項4または5に記載の電気手術デバイスであって、前記シャトル(20)は、前記シャトル(20)が前記第1の治療電流を印加するための1つ以上の第1の起動ボタン(302、304、306)の1つ以上の動きを妨げる第2の位置と、前記シャトル(20)が前記第2の治療電流を印加するための1つ以上の第2の起動ボタンの1つ以上の動きを妨げる第1の位置とを有し、一度に動くことを妨げられるのは、前記1つ以上の第1の起動ボタンのみまたは前記1つ以上の第2の起動ボタンのみである、ことを特徴とする電気手術デバイス。
- 請求項5または6に記載の電気手術デバイスであって、前記第1の電気的構成は、前記1つ以上の第1の起動ボタンを電気的に切断すること、前記ブレード電極(26)を電気的に切断すること、前記第1の動作アーム(6)を前記第2の動作アーム(6)に短絡することのいずれかまたはこれらのうちのいくつかにより動作を停止されることを特徴とする電気手術デバイス。
- 請求項4に記載の電気手術デバイスであって、前記シャトル(20)は前記ブレード電極(26)に接続されており、前記シャトル(20)は前記ブレード電極(26)を前記第2の電気的構成(100、102)と前記第1の電気的構成(100、102)との間で動かすことを補助することを特徴とする電気手術デバイス。
- 請求項4に記載の電気手術デバイスであって、前記シャトル(20)は前記第1の動作アーム(6)および前記第2の動作アーム(6)に接続されており、前記シャトル(20)は前記第1の動作アームおよび前記第2の動作アームを前記第2の電気的構成(100、102)と前記第1の電気的構成(100、102)との間で動かすことを補助することを特徴とする電気手術デバイス。
- 請求項4に記載の電気手術デバイスであって、前記鉗子(4)は、前記シャトルを前記第2の電気的構成から前記第1の電気的構成へ移動させる付勢デバイス(50)を含み、前記デバイスが、片手のみを用いて前記第2の電気的構成から前記第1の電気的構成へまたはその逆にスイッチングされ得る、ことを特徴とする電気手術デバイス。
- 請求項4に記載の電気手術デバイスであって、前記シャトル(20)および前記ブレード電極(26)は一体的に接続され、前記シャトル(20)の移動が前記ブレード電極(26)を動かす、ことを特徴とする電気手術デバイス。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術デバイスであって、前記ブレード電極(26)は回転可能であり、前記ブレード電極の長さが前記第1の動作アームと前記第2の動作アームとの間の接触領域に平行であり、かつ前記ブレード電極の前記長さが、前記第1の動作アームと前記第2の動作アームとの間の前記接触領域に対して垂直である、ことを特徴とする電気手術デバイス。
- 請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術デバイスであって、前記ブレード電極(26)は前記第1の動作アーム(6)および前記第2の動作アーム(6)を越えて進出可能であり、前記電気手術デバイス(2)が前記第2の電気的構成にある場合に、前記第1の動作アームおよび前記第2の動作アームはどちらも前記ブレード電極(26)に直接接触していることを特徴とする電気手術デバイス。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術デバイスであって、前記ブレード電極(26)は前記第1の動作アーム(6)および前記第2の動作アーム(6)を越えて進出可能であり、前記電気手術デバイス(2)が前記第2の電気的構成にある場合に、前記第1の動作アームと前記第2の動作アームの一方または両方が前記ブレード電極(26)と電気接触している、ことを特徴とする電気手術デバイス。
- 請求項11から14のいずれか1項に記載の電気手術デバイスであって、前記シャトル(20)は、前記第1の起動ボタンと前記第2の起動ボタンの一方または両方を含む前記電気手術デバイス(2)の部分を取り囲む貫通孔(32)を含むことを特徴とする電気手術デバイス。
