Claims (16)
- 目の異常の処置に使用するための単離されたABCB5(+)幹細胞を含有する組成物であって、対象の眼細胞を再生するために有効な量の単離されたABCB5(+)幹細胞がその必要がある前記対象に投与される、前記組成物。
- 眼の異常が角膜疾患、網膜疾患または眼創傷である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 角膜疾患が角膜上皮幹細胞疲弊症(LSCD)を原因とする盲目である、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 網膜疾患が黄斑変性または網膜炎である、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 単離されたABCB5(+)幹細胞が眼移植片として投与される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 単離されたABCB5(+)幹細胞が同種他家由来幹細胞である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 単離されたABCB5(+)幹細胞が同系幹細胞、ABCB5(+)眼幹細胞もしくはABCB5(+)角膜輪部幹細胞であるかまたは皮膚幹細胞ではない、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 眼細胞の混合集団から角膜輪部幹細胞を単離する方法であって、
眼細胞の混合集団を提供すること;および
混合集団からABCB5(+)角膜輪部幹細胞を単離すること
を含み、
前記ABCB5(+)角膜輪部幹細胞は任意にヒトABCB5に選択的に結合する抗体と単離される、前記方法。 - 対象への移植用の眼移植片を作製する方法であって、単離されたABCB5(+)幹細胞を基質に播種して、眼移植片を作製することを含む方法。
- 基質がフィブリンゲル、羊膜、アミノグリカン、またはその組み合わせを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 対象への移植用の単離されたABCB5(+)幹細胞が濃縮された眼移植片。
- 目の異常の処置に使用するための単離されたABCB5(+)幹細胞が濃縮された眼移植片。
- 単離されたABCB5(+)幹細胞が同種他家由来幹細胞、同系幹細胞、ABCB5(+)眼幹細胞もしくはABCB5(+)角膜輪部幹細胞であるかまたは皮膚幹細胞でない、請求項12に記載の眼移植片。
- 眼細胞再生の促進に使用するための単離されたABCB5(+)角膜輪部幹細胞を含有する組成物であって、角膜輪部幹細胞がABCB5(+)角膜輪部幹細胞として同定され、および眼細胞再生を促進するために有効な量のABCB5(+)角膜輪部幹細胞がその必要がある対象に投与される、前記組成物。
- 単離されたABCB5(+)角膜輪部幹細胞が眼移植片として投与される、請求項13に記載の組成物。
- 角膜輪部幹細胞の単離された調製物であって、細胞表面上のABCB5の発現を特徴とする前記調製物。
