Claims (10)
- 操作装置(10)によって操作されるブレーキライニング(3)を有する電気的に操作される摩擦ブレーキであって、その際、操作装置(10)が電気的なアクチュエータ(12)に駆動されており、そして第一の伝達要素(5)を有し、この伝達要素が、ブレーキライニング(3)と接続されており、その際、操作装置(10)が、摩擦ブレーキの操作の為に操作軸(6)を回転角度(α)だけ回転させ、そして更に隆起湾曲部(17)を有する第二の伝達要素(8)が設けられており、そして第一の伝達要素(5)に連結要素(15)が設けられており、その際、連結要素(15)に走査要素(14)が設けられており、この走査要素が、電気的なアクチュエータ(12)の作用の基、第一の伝達要素(5)の操作軸(6)を回転させるために、隆起湾曲部(17)を走査する摩擦ブレーキにおいて、
解除ばね(21)が設けられており、この解除ばねが、操作装置(10)に作用し、その際、摩擦ブレーキ(1)の操作の際に、操作軸(6)の回転が、解除ばね(21)に第一の回転角度領域内でテンションをかけ、そして第二の回転角度領域内で、摩擦ブレーキの操作のサポートの為に負荷開放することを特徴とする摩擦ブレーキ。 - 連結要素(15)に、レバー(16)の第一の端部が回転可能に支承されて設けられており、そしてレバー(16)の第二の端部が第一の伝達要素(5)と接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気的に操作される摩擦ブレーキ。
- 第二の伝達要素(8)が、隆起湾曲部(17)を有する連結リンクガイドとして又は湾曲ディスク(11)として形成されており、そして電気的なアクチュエータ(12)が湾曲ディスク(11)又は連結リンクガイドを回転させることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電気的に操作させる摩擦ブレーキ。
- 二つの第一の伝達要素(5)が設けられており、これらが平行四辺形駆動部の形成の為に、各一つのレバー(16)を介して連結要素(15)と接続されていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の電気的に操作される摩擦ブレーキ。
- 連結要素(15)が、トグルジョイントとして形成されており、そのトグルリンクが、走査要素(14)を介して隆起湾曲部(17)に沿って案内されており、トグルジョイントの一方の第一のアーム部に電気的なアクチュエータ(12)が係合し、そしてトグルジョイントの他方のアーム部が、第一の伝達要素(5)と接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の摩擦ブレーキ。
- 隆起湾曲部(17)内にくぼみ部が設けられており、この中で、走査要素(14)が静的な姿勢を取ることを特著とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の摩擦ブレーキ。
- 第一の伝達要素(5)が偏心駆動部として、またはカム駆動部として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に操作される摩擦ブレーキ。
- 隆起湾曲部(17)が第一の伝達要素(5)のストローク変換特性線に対応して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に操作される摩擦ブレーキ。
- 非線形的なギアが設けられており、このギアが、摩擦ブレーキ(1)の操作の際に解除ばね(21)にテンションをかける及び負荷開放することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気的に操作される摩擦ブレーキ。
- 第一の伝達要素(5)にばねカム(22)が設けられており、このばねカムが、ばね走査要素(24)を介して解除ばね(21)にテンションをかけ又は負荷開放することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の電気的に操作される摩擦ブレーキ。
