Claims (9)
- 操作装置(10)によって操作されるブレーキライニング(3)を有する電気的に操作される摩擦ブレーキであって、その際、操作装置(10)が、第一の伝達要素(5)を有し、この伝達要素が、ブレーキライニング(3)と接続されており、そして、操作装置(10)が、ライニング押圧力(FN)の達成の為のブレーキングの為に第一の伝達要素(5)を所定の回転角度(α)だけ回転させ、そして第一の伝達要素(5)が、ライニング押圧力(FN)の達成の為に、回転角度(α)に応じて入力トルク(TE)を必要とする摩擦ブレーキにおいて、隆起湾曲部(17)を有する第二の伝達要素(8)が設けられており、そして第一の伝達要素(5)に連結要素(15)が設けられており、その際、連結要素(15)に走査要素(14)が設けられており、この走査要素が、電気的なアクチュエータ(12)の作用の基、第一の伝達要素(5)の操作のために、隆起湾曲部(17)を走査し、その際、第二の伝達要素(8)が、第一の伝達要素(5)の為の入力トルク(TE)をもたらすこと、及び、ライニング押圧力(Fn)を達成するための第一の伝達要素(5)の必要な入力トルク(TE)が、ブレーキライニング(3)の摩耗を有さない状態から完全に摩耗した状態までの異なる摩耗状態の為、所定の回転角度(α)にわたって必要な入力トルク(TE)の最大値を表す曲線(4c)を生じ、そして第二の伝達要素(8)によってもたらされる入力トルク(TE)が、回転角度(α)にわたって前記曲線(4c)以下であること
を特徴とする摩擦ブレーキ。 - 連結要素(15)に、レバー(16)の第一の端部が回転可能に支承されて設けられており、そしてレバー(16)の第二の端部が第一の伝達要素(5)と接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気的に操作される摩擦ブレーキ。
- 第二の伝達要素(8)が、隆起湾曲部(17)を有する湾曲ディスク(11)として形成されており、そして電気的なアクチュエータ(12)が湾曲ディスク(11)又は連結リンクガイドを回転させることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電気的に操作させる摩擦ブレーキ。
- 二つの第一の伝達要素(5)が設けられており、これらが平行四辺形駆動部の形成の為に、各一つのレバー(16)を介して連結要素(15)と接続されていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の電気的に操作される摩擦ブレーキ。
- 隆起湾曲部(17)内にくぼみ部が設けられており、この中で、走査要素(14)が静的な姿勢を取ることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の摩擦ブレーキ。
- 第一の伝達要素(5)が偏心駆動部として、またはカム駆動部として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に操作される摩擦ブレーキ。
- 隆起湾曲部(17)が第一の伝達要素(5)のストローク変換特性線に対応して形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に操作される摩擦ブレーキ。
- 操作装置(10)に作用する解除ばね(21)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に操作される摩擦ブレーキ。
- 第一の伝達要素(5)にばねカム(22)が設けられており、このばねカムが、ばね走査要素(24)を介して解除ばね(21)にテンションをかけ又は負荷開放することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電気的に操作される摩擦ブレーキ。
